I just had an evil idea! Make the competitors carry the pipe for the jumping pipe with them through the jumping ring and rope junction. How would they do that? Put it in their mouth? lol That would be a challenge.

You can do both obstacles with 1 hand... it'd just be really hard and ridiculous.

I'd just put the bar through my sleves. It would be annoying, but at least I have 2 hands.

I'd really just hold it between my legs.. I wouldn't really need them on those obstacles..

Now people have figured it out. 6/7 completition rate is a no-no for obstacles.

I'd really just hold it between my legs.. I wouldn't really need them on those obstacles.. You underestimate how you need your entire body to gather momentum while your hanging there. Still doable, but cupping your legs in to hold something will make it many times harder. Still though I think taking the pipe with you would be a very weak way to make a stage harder, if the producers ever went that way then they would truely be out of ideas.

I don't see how many more ideas they could have. I don't even think they need ideas for some time. It's going to be a few tournament before someone make it past the 3rd stage.

I rather liked the Multiptle Gliding Rings as a sort of Jumping Bars replacement. Looked really cool and I can't wait to see it in action.
They got some ideas up there sleeves. I hope.

I honestly think their out of idea's. Bringing back old obstacle's is a sign of that.

I honestly think their out of idea's. Bringing back old obstacle's is a sign of that. Or it might be because of less viewers. If you watched Sasuke around Sasuke 7 and 8, the height of popularity, what obstacles would you see? Rolling Maruta and Jump Hang. Seeing them again i dont know, say 6 years later in New Sasuke would be like "WOW! It's back! I love the Rolling Log and Jump Hang!"

Obviously now they know it doesn't matter what the obstacle's are since Sasuke 25 got a low rating.

The producers mainly focused on the third stage. All were "new" obstacles, although I won't exactly count the 6th obstacle as new.
In Sasuke 18, they focused WAY too much on the first two stages, third stage was a cake walk. This time it's the other way.
We should see atleast one new obstacle in Stage One or Two in Sasuke 26.

I'm sure you will - I half reckon the rolling log and jump hang were back more as a marker of the 25th tournament benchmark kinda thing, I reckon theres more changes they have in mind for stage 1 yet.
Plus I think they wanted to make sure someone got to the 3rd stage so they could do their fancy curtain dropping lol.

The final obstacle is newer than the UCH, that's the same obstacle as before just harder, but the jumping pipes a new take on the obstacle all together.

Uhm Venom, there are 7 obstacles in stage 3. 1.Roulette Cylinder + 2. Doorknob Grasper 3. Floating Boards 4. UCH 5. Jumping Rings 6. Ascending Ropes? 7. Pipe Jump thing So I think he meant the ropes, or else he would've just said the final obstacle sinstead of "Obstacle 6".
