Okay, seeing as we have threads for stages 1 and 3, I've got to make one of these, as well. Which stage 2 run do you feel was among, if not the, best you've seen?
I definitely have to go with Levi in 20 (never mind the time limit). He tackled those obstacles like they were NOTHING.

Even though they arn't considered the "best" Shingo has had some memorable moments on that wall lift...
Yamada also has some nice finishes, just lifting those walls at the end with one hand, pointing to the crowd, smiling, with plenty of time left.

I think I'd have to also pick Yamamoto's run in 14 - I mean, it wasn't pretty, he was all over the place, but he made it, faced the Metal Spin for the first time and handled it well, and even got revenge on the Wall Lift for what it did to him in 13. And his reaction when he was interviewed was priceless!

Best Stage 2 run? Hmm...I'll have to say Nagano in 17. He is at his best (obviously) and he flew through that 2nd Stage like it was nothing. Plus, he did the Spider Walk the fastest I've ever seen.

That boy does the Spider Walk (and the Jumping Spider) faster than anyone that's ever tried it, at least from what I've watched.

OMG SPOILERS! SOMEONE COMPLETES THE SECOND STAGE!
lol. You wouldn't believe the amount of times I've had to erase a post just before posting it because I accidentally put some reference to 21 in it. And I came up with the damn rules...

favorite 2nd stage run...Akiyama in 4. Backflip at the end!

Oh yeah, loved that run. He had plenty of time to do it, too - had he been running short on time he wouldn't have tried it. That backflip said, "Finally! I can do this obstacle course!"
I'm also punching in a vote for Takahashi in 18. It wasn't pretty - especially on the Shoulder Walk - but he was fast and he turned in the fastest time of those that passed. I was still impressed despite his near misses.

I liked Yamamoto in 14. If I recall correctly, he had just ran out of time in 13, and it was still a pretty epic battle with time, with near misses, but his reaction at the end was the best.

Yeah, I was saying that earlier - he lost time on the Chain Reaction, and he looked sloppy on the Balance Tank, but he still made it through. I'm glad someone agrees with me on the reaction, "I'm so beat! That was too much!" I had to smile at the reaction.

Well, true, no one knew any obstacles in Stage 2 (except for the Metal Spin). But I also liked Takahashi's show of confidence after finishing Stage 2, saying he was "ready" for Stage 3.

My personal favorite is Paul Terek in 17. He overcame a big weight disadvantage on the spider walk and then completed the final three obstacles with only 20 seconds left on the clock. This includes throwing all three walls above him in about seven seconds.

speaking of yamamoto i also liked his run in sasuke 5. When he got to the wall lift it looked like he wouldn't but he was able to dive across the finish line just in time!
