You're all wrong! It has been scientificaly proven that 3hrs 47min and 02 sec is best Sasuke duration!

let's try to give back a sense to this thread. unlimitedcliffer.blog112.fc2.com/blog-entry-65.htmlLook at the video. I personally think it's a new obstacle. I can understand modifying the cliffhanger and all, they've been doing that for a long time, but this has to be something new, I had never seen anything similar.

Wow, that's freaking crazy. I would be scared if Sasuke uses that as an obstacle.

I think it is an obstacle. Look at the very right. I see a Sasuke Number 5.

I definitely think that could be an obstacle. UNCLI tends to make harder versions of existing obstacles to train on, not completely new ones.

I think it is an obstacle. Look at the very right. I see a Sasuke Number 5. It's been discussed at length but for the benefit of those who are new here and are besieged by a lot of information. The numbers with white backgrounds are from Sasuke Trials (even Kanno has them on his wall). The saddlecloths with color and year - those are from Sasuke. Ryo only has one of real Sasuke ones - that's from Sasuke 21. All other saddlecloths are from Sasuke Trials.

Wow, if this a "Circle Hanger" thing is in fact a new obstacle, I could honestly see people like Yuuji failing it. After all, it appears that Ryo had some difficulty on that IMO, not to mention that in order to beat it, you'd probably need to have an extremely good grip/strategy/strength with different muscles than what you'd need to pass the Shin-Cliff Hanger (as well as most other Stage 3 obstacles that we've seen, save for that pathetic Hang Move thing from Sasuke 3 or so ). If it really is a new Stage 3 obstacle for Sasuke 25, I'd be rather surprised to see someone pass it in this upcoming tournament. Just what I think...

I can see them doing something like that. If anything I'm seeing more of an obstacle from the SCH without an angle) like what he's doing right here?

I don't know, Uncli don't seem to just create new obstacles, they seem to just modify existing ones. Well maybe since theres a new course they had creative license to make it or something? I mean they might have had an idea and were too busy obstacle training instead of focusing on basic skills and since obstacles weren't know they went back to basic skills? What I'm saying is an obstacle like that doesn't seem to be Sasuke's style, I mean they have hard obstacles but they want to give the competitors at least a chance.

Spoilering it, since there's no *spoilers* tag in the thread title. Not taking any chances. Info from TV magazines. Spoilered just in case. Scanned from the 3/20 - 4.4 TVぴあ and 3/20 - 4/2 TVLife, respectively. The part in red is the prefecture that the person is representing. Nagano: Miyazaki Akiyama: Hokkaido Dandy: Ishikawa [/spoiler] So now, besides the Champions being there -we already knew- I assume Nagano's number is 99 (which means the lottery thing wasn't that much of a deal), and we have a first obstacle which looks like a -dantobi obstacle, but with curved steps. Discuss.

Quick summary: Rolling Maruta and Jump Hang are back. 3rd stage is renewed to such an extent that it was impossible to predict, and Shin-Cliffhanger was renewed such that even the finalists from last time were shouting "it's impossible!" All other info was already revealed.

Incoming speculation by me: Going with what little info we have (obstacles, mat colors, whatever) and running with it. It seems like SASUKE could be going back to a more "classic" first stage with 8 obstacles and a time limit between 60-90 seconds. If they were to do that, I actually would like it better. Personally, I wouldn't mind a First Stage where it's more of a sprint than a long jog, like most of Shin-SASUKE's First Stage was. Let's just wait and see what else develops and 11 days can't come soon enough! Other thoughts: I'm really surprised but happy to see the Jump Hang and Rolling Log back. Although, I didn't think they would go back to old obstacles, it will be interesting to see how these versions stack up to previous ones and if anything was done to them.
However, didn't Lee Enchi say that either the Log Grip or the Jumping Spider was staying? If he actually is telling the truth, then where do they fit in this stage? I'm really excited to see this Third Stage now. The third stage has needed a good kick in difficulty for awhile and it seems M9 heard our complaints about the last one.

Just a thought... If the log grip stays, then maybe the rolling log goes into the log grip? Like after the 2 shocks from log grip, you have to get on the rolling log without touching the water.

If these things are true about Stage 1 going back to its "classic" setup, I could see a lot of Stage 1 clears unless M9 has something unbelievably diabolical in there. As for Stage 3, it would be nice to see one that can even challenge people like Yuuji. So perhaps if Stage 1 isn't as bad as I'm thinking, the later stages may make up for this. Just a thought...

I'm a little disappointed. I thought we were having a Sasuke Renewal. This has rehashed old obstacles (First stage anyways) so yeah. Lame. :/ Hope Stage 2 and 3 have some cool obstacles, although I do like the easier set up.

There sure are a lot of spoiler tags. So, is it possible that because Higuchi is back, we are getting something like the old course? I mean, that would make the most sense.
