I made a little discovery, know those street sign pole things? Well I've grabbed some of those and they were loose (I'E they tilt in the space in the ground but don't fall out). Is this a good way to practice the Pole Maze? The signs are thicker than the Pole Maze Pole but its still effective.

Trust me, do not do that, my friend almost got arrested for doing things like that, however, he was doing this at night in Clemson, and he was running into the signs for comic effect, but he's retarded and he thinks Sasuke is easy.

So basicly using street-signs for a Pole Maze is illegal? (Yet for some reason I still want to try it)
Well how am I supposed to train for the Pole Maze if I don't have the ability to build one? (No space, no money)

Well isn't alot of parkour alot of times? I was doing a balance walk at the mall once and mall security told me to get down, Glad they don't know the tricks I do on the rear parking deck. (The side of the ramp is a good warped wall)

If you need to train for the pole maze I suggest giving up on Sasuke now, lol.
But seriously, it's not an obstacle you should want or need to train for.
If anything just practice grip strength, or find a playground and practice climbing poles.
Doesn't need to be an accurate recreation of the obstacle to train for it.

I want to train for it because it looks fun to try, I don't need to train for the Log Grip either but that looks fun.

i wouldnt be worried about the pole maze either. you just have to grip right and get enough momentum to got past half way. the rest is easy as a call-girl.

Well like I said, I don't need to train for it because I have to, but because it looks fun.

Colin has some insane grip and even he almost slipped up there. After practicing the drops on my punching bag I can imagine it'd be hard to hold on, my drops weren't anywhere close to as bad as Sasuke's and I almost fell, whether that be from no handhelds or from slipperyness and lack of Sasuke spray, who knows, but don't over-estimate it.

Well I've already trained for it. And not underestimating easy obstacle sort of proves my point of it never hurts to train for the Pole Maze.

Just tried it today, and I've been right these past couple of years when I say the Pole Maze is the easiest First Stage obstacles and one of the easiest that there has been in a while, the first times I tried I kept spinning around the bar when I jumped on because of the angle, but on the third time I did it I decided to grab the bar with my legs when I got turned around and then pulled and I must say, this obstacle sucks, When I thought it looked fun, I guess looks can be decieving.
And don't worry, I didn't get caught, the only time I got caught training today was when I was doing a Spider Walk in front of a grocery store and then an employee came out of the store and it turned into some running training real fast (Didn't chase me at all but I got the hell out of there real fast! MP3 players are good to drown out yelling BTW)
