With the way they train they may have a good shot at it...
MMA fighter Jason "Mayhem" Miller did well at the American Ninja course in LA.
I'd like to see more fighters get involved from MMA. Like:
1. All the UFC champions
2. All the WEC champions
3. All the Strikeforce champions
4. Some MMA Wildcards like, brothers Nick (does triathlons) and Nate Diaz

I would love to see Forrest Griffin and Rashad Evans try. Part of me wants to see BJ Penn epically fail  . Not too familiar with WEC, but I know Jens Pulver was there at some point (though asking me if he's still there or not is useless as I wouldn't know). |

I would really laugh if Kimbo Slice was on Sasuke. Two I would really like to see would be Couture and Lyoto Machida.

Their training is, for the most part, irrelevant to Sasuke.

I would definitely like to see BJ Penn, Matt Serra, Tito Ortiz, and especially Brock Lesnar compete on Sasuke and wipe out early. The ones I'd like to see do well are Matt Hughes, Randy Couture, Lyoto Machida, Chuck Liddell, and Anderson Silva.

Imagining Brock Lesnar attempting the Jumping Spider makes me laugh.
Although they do train a lot, I don't reckon any of them could clear the first stage.

They've had tons of fighters on Sasuke in the past, they pretty much fail on one of the first 3 obstacles every time.
