Never had shoulder problems, sorry I can't help...
On another note... I fractured my toe, so playing soccer is incredibly difficult, and puts a damper on my trianing.
it's not one of those, heal in 2 week sinjuries. It'll stop hurting byt hem, but it'll be nagging me for years.

You should probably ask a doctor, or Yamamoto Shingo.
But I haven't had training related injuries, I've fallen a couple of times and have gotten some cuts and scrapes but no actual injuries. But my wrists have been hurting practicing pushup.

Shoulder separations are actuall worse than breaks.. breaks you can have surgery or put in a cast.. seperations are a pain in the nards.. because once you dislocate once.. you have a higher percentage chance of dislocating it again.
Get to a doctor. You need physical therapy to restrengthen your shoulder muscles. If you don't.. you'll end up like me.. being able to pop your shoulder out at will. It's messed up my hands as well since the nerves near your neck get messed up because of it. The only surgery I had was to remove scartissue from that nerve area.. that's a scary surgery. Get to a doctor and get a professional opinion as to how to proceed from here.

Yeah, going back to using Yamamoto as a refference (Because nothing like that has happened to me), He had his shoulder dislocate, had it popped back in which hurt him later in the tournament, afterwards he had surgery to make sure it wouldn't pop out again. I wouldn't recomend leaving any kind of serious injury unchecked. A dislocated shoulder sounds pretty serious if you ask me?

(God knows carrying my bookbag doesn't help thats an extra 30 lbs on my shoulder.) Now, I don't know anything about separated shoulders, but I'm still pretty sure it's good advice to, uh... carry it on the shoulder that isn't separated. Good luck and speedy recovery.

You should probably ask a doctor, or Yamamoto Shingo. That's low WebMD is another decent resource, but yes, ask a doctor.

I wasn't meaning any offence to Yamamoto Shingo, I was just making a point its happened to him before. Hell, if anything its a compliment to him considering he went through that and has never missed a tournament

Like breaking your shoulder from the recoil of a Rocket Launcher?

I agree with what youre doing right now. First and always see a chiropractor, then seek alternative methods like surgery and stuff. Soaking in in epsom salts helps too.

Well I was trying to do the Jumping Bars (the same way UltimateSk8er did ), Well I messed up, I knew it was a probably a bad idea to get to the bars I had to run up a wall, grab one bar, then transfer to another bar on the awning and then cliffhanger across to the bars that are jumping bars, well the furst time the gloves I was wearing (snow gloves, it was cold and I didn't know how clean those bars are, and I was right, they were dusty) made me slip climbing onto the first bar and I landed bad so my left lower leg has been hurting today and afterwards yesterday, I didn't fall from that landing but it wasn't a good landing, its nothing serious but it hurts. Semi Unrelated I didn't do the jumping bars, when I got up to the bar correctly and started swinging and noticed it was a few feet farthur away from where my feet were with arms fully out and swinging perfectly horizontal both ways and stopped and didn't try it for a risk of hurting myself furthur (didn't want anything serious to happen, and I remember how badly Nagano failed in 14 (or was 15 the first one with Jumping Bars?, I'm pretty sure it was 14 though) and saw that angle and thought that looked like it was bad with water, I don't think I want to flip back onto concrete and just dropped down (landing good this time, tried to keep the weight on my left leg minimal too). I think theres a reason the Jumping Bars aren't 7 or 8 feet level.
And I have to do Badalights competition tommorow and the running isn't optional so this is a bad sign for my results.
