So at the end of the broadcast the magical words: "2010 Spring: Total Renewal" ;D
Thoughts? Does anyone else think that the producers have probably been planning the next incarnation of Sasuke before 24? It seemed to me they already have ideas lined up, and were damn sure someone would win this time (not making any big changes helped, but...)

Final Stage is a giant Salmon Ladder.
Other than that, Warped Wall and Cliffhanger will be the only returning obstacles IMO.

Hopefully the producers will lock themselves in a room for a month and think of obstacles. 24's obstacles were rushed. Rope Reaction? They were probably like "Let's put a bunch of ropes off scaffolding and hope someone screws it up". They were so setting up a win, because there were so many clears last time and they hardly changed anything. They brought two old obstacles back and then added the dumbest obstacle ever. It was clear the producers were lazy and rushed the course.

It feels like they've been setting up for a win for a few tournaments now, but now they can really focus on the course itself.
Maybe the mods can make a board for SASUKE 25 now?

Possibly more than 1 G-Rope? Transfer from one G-rope to the other. I like the Salmon ladder idea, even if you're being funny. 10 M Salmon Ladder, 8 Meter G Rope on the Left hanging from a platform off the side and another 7 meter G-Rope next to it with 45 second time limit. Only problem is moving the opening at the top over to the right or left...

I guarantee M9 is gonna try to make that multi-rope Final Stage work somehow.

I see the 3 rope transfer final coming into play somehow in 25!
The shin cliff hanger will become like Ryos monster one lol

I'm happy that they finally put the ZOMG SASUKE IS DEAD AND OVER theory to rest so we don't have to listen to the "omg it's over" for the next 3 months. I'm looking forward to the new obstacle course!! I don't care what it is .. I'm happy it's continuing!!

Does anyone think that G4 will be part of Sasuke 25 with sending people over?

I'm starting to think TBS is making trimonthly tournaments to avoid G4 getting anything together

Does anyone think that G4 will be part of Sasuke 25 with sending people over? ANW was pretty successful for G4 rating wise. It still replays all the time, so I wouldn't be at all surprised if they did something again.

Very last thing in the broadcast. Linked due to pic size www.majhost.com/gallery/manaleader/Sasuke/SasukeContinued/25announcement.jpgAnd during the part where they have that you can hear the announcer say "Kanzen Renewal". And since we know the word Kanzen translates to "Perfect", that means we should expect a 17 -> 18 type of change for 24 -> 25

Does anyone think that they will run a race to determine numbers for 25 again?

Well as far as the changes for Sasuke 25, I believe the course will be completely overhauled (like everyone else), no obstacles from the previous tournament will be present.
That being said I believe this time around the producers of the show will try to make the course more like it previously was before Shin-Sasuke, which is a four stage obstacle course that is virtually unbeatable. The problem with Shin-Sasuke is that a good amount of the obstacles were technique, and once a competitor mastered said obstacle, they weren't ever going to fail it. I do believe the producers for the 3rd overhaul will focus more on pushing the competitors limits than in the previous series.
Obviously from the time frame we saw Sasuke 5-17 was seven and a half years, Shin Sasuke didn't even last three, that's a big hint that despite the difficulty the course brought they had those major errors, therefore I say the next re-design won't be conquered for several years.
To sum it all up, there doing what seems to be a overhaul that shall carry us to the end of Sasuke. The course will be damn near unbeatable if not unbeatable, Final Stage will most likely be impossible with the triple rope theory, and we will have Sasuke's final years.
