Say you had a time machine and could change the course of Sasuke hirstory. What I'd do is (present day), practice speed rope climbing and continue my regular training, then go back in time, compete in Sasuke 4 and then destroy the courses, Give a boost starting the Rolling Log making it go fast but practicing Log Grip doesn't make it hard at all), get through the Balance Bridge in 2 steps, go up the hill climb standing (not even using hands like most people do. Stage 2 I'd start with the Jumping Spider way of doing it and zoom through it with fastest time in Sasuke history (but thats 1, 2 and 3 so theres not much of a record), Stage 3 breeze through without even resting and impressing everyone by jumping the gaps in the Cliffhanger instead of crossing them (Level Jumps like Takeda was seen doing in Sasuke Navi and his profile in 21), I'd even go from the pipe slider and just grab the rest bar and transfer to the next pipe like its just monkey bars then get the best jump anyone has ever seen (Even though it would be that or less of the jump 17 had to make you do just to get to the Final Stage). Then in the Final Stage (This is where that speed rope climbing comes into play) I'd win with a faster time then Akiyama. Granted Sasuke 5 would be probably be as tough of a jump between 4 and 17 but it'd still be a fun thing to do

I'd have a couple of moments to go back and change:
Sasuke 3: Tell Shingo to climb faster in the Final and make sure Yamada uses his feet on that rope, too. Sasuke 4: Make sure Schraeder doesn't push so hard that the bar comes off. That's no guarantee that he'd beat the second half of the Pipe Slider, but it would be interesting to watch. Sasuke 6: Tell Yamada to lean to the left. Had he done that (or just landed farther to the left in the first place), he would have gotten his second shot at the Final (course, Ube would be pissed that we would have one less crying Yamada moment). Sasuke 12: Yamada, TAKE OFF THE DAMN GLOVES. Sasuke 13: Make sure Mika Izumi makes it over the Prism Tilt. Don't know if she'd beat the First Stage, but at least give her a shot at it. Sasuke 14: Allow Shinji Kobayashi a chance at the Pipe Slider instead of it slipping away from him.

This isn't exactly what I meant but if you want to do it like that, I'd go back a few weeks and give everyone who XXXXXX advice on how to XXXXX, tell XXXXX to actually care about the clock, and I'd give XXXXX advice on the obstacle that took him down.
Hopefully this post is allowed as I didn't make any definite spoilers. (Hint: you did)

Oh. Sorry for the mix up.
In that case, I would make sure I didn't break my foot in the 4th Grade so I could keep playing soccer regularly. That way I would be in much better shape and maybe actually able to have a chance at perhaps making it to the voting section of a Ninja Challenge.

Still not what I meant, I meant if you could get onto a course of the past, which one would you do? And 4 isn't the only one I want to do, Its just the first one I could think of an example that cool of.

Fine, after much internal deliberating (and a hell of a lot of cursing considering your long spiel involved you training just to go back which is essentially what I was saying) I would want to go on either 16 for the Rope Reverse/ Reverse Fly combo and 18 for the Rope Glider.
Happy now? I hope you are because I, for one, am getting really pissed over here.

I'd probably do the same thing too, those obstacles looked fun and we're never seeing them again except in reruns..
