Finally... how long has it been? Anyway, here is my new video.
It was really quick and easy to do, just a bit of SPIDAH WALKIN!
I promise to start pumpin out more videos, I've been training hard. I hope someday I can be ranked witht he likes of the ANC finalists like Levi, Brian, Rick, and Rus.
Hopefully somedy I'll be a finalist and go to Japan to conquer the Sasuke course, to meet the all-stars who are my inspirations for training.
This video is just a baby step in the right direction.

Yes, my first was a lot like Ricks first, he didn't really jump, but it wasn't a dead hang, just like mine.
A few weeks after he posted another muscle up vid where he could do a dead hang.
I hope I can progress as fast as he did, it's still far out of my reach to do it completely hanging, especially on a short structure.

I didn't "jump" Rider.
And it's not caleld cheating, I'm not strong enough to do a dead hang yet, everybody starts somewhere.
Look at Rick's first muscle up video, he does the same thing.
Soon I'll be doing them like a champ.

Well not as much of a jump as a push up. And like I said, I Can't do them from a hang either, I have to do the same thing if not more.

It's called progress, we all start somewhere.
After this I'll hang but swing my legs.
After that I'll kip up.
And after that it'll be a full dead hang like a normal pull-up.
Then after I can do that I'll start on flags.

I can only do half way muscle ups with a jump. So I'm making progress. And I usally do dibs instead.

Pulled out 5 muscle ups today (With an injured arm) 2 of them I didn't use the ground at all, but I did use my legs to build up momentum. As soon as I can do 5 in a row using my elgs for momentum I'll try doing them with kips... after that with no help at all Then I'm officially awesome. But I'm making good progress here, 3 days ago I couldn't even do 1, and now I can do 5, 2 unassisted from the ground.

I already told you, it's PROGRESS.
I'm not going to get a perfect muscle up on my first try, you have to work up to it.
FIrst I started by doing them on the ground. Now I do them off of the ground by use ym legs to build momentum.
After that I'll do them hangign still but kipping, then I'll move onto full muscle ups.

You don't need momentum when you're starting out.
My first one ont he ground I didn't use momentum, but it's not a dead hang.
The momentum comes AFTER that.
using your legs for momentum is harder than the ground, you need to get the ground down first.
I can do about 4 in a row non stop with the ground.
