I'm becoming more slim, but not losing weight, wich probably means fat is going down and muscle is going up. I also can see that, especially in my biceps, legs, and a bit of abs. I started training in July, then nearly stopped in September, and in October I trained twice a week, except for a couple of extra days. Really nice. Still working as hard as I can considering the few hours a week I've got

Yeah, that tends to happen when you first start training. After a little while, your body should adapt to your new lifestyle and should "stabilize" at a steady weight/fat percentage. At that point, if you wanted to continue, say, fat loss, you'd have to put effort into it, like diet changes, etc.. Congrats.

I've been noticing the exact same thing happening to me while I've been training, though I didn't really start training until September (and even now I'm not fully where I want to be with my training regimes). But yeah, I've been noticing less fat, more tone lol. And my training is becoming easier. It's easier to Cliffhang. It's easier to do reps. In response, I do more lol ^_^

I've quit drinking coca cola , and I'm drinking less coffee. I'm drinking water most of the time. Instead I eat a lot more. 2 hot meals a day aren't uncommon anymore. Last saturday I ate 3 full meals.
I'm trying to train everyday.

So you were only eating ONE meal a day before? 3 meals a day is the standard. I usually eat like 4-5 depending on if I'm hungry for lunch or not.

Three meals a day is standard for people who aren't training, although they still should eat more. Five or six meals a day helps speed up your metabolism and helps you control hunger cravings/whatever.

I only eat 3 meals a day, though I do eat a good amount of snacks. While most of my snacks in the past were fruits, I have to admit that I've gone more towards stuff like potato chips lately...either way, I've always had somewhat of a gut (or AT LEAST no abs).

Ideally one would eat 6 or so small, nutritionally balanced meals throughout the day. Of course real life constraints often get in the way and make it inconvenient. Planning ahead helps though, and then you just get into the routine of doing it.
EDIT: Oh and on topic, congrats ;p You already look pretty 'slim' in your training video though! I hope you're getting enough calories to support your training regime

"Real life constraints" is an excuse. If you're really serious about your diet, you can always finds ways to make it work. Even working full time, you get breaks every two or so hours.
And, as always, you need to plan things out.

I remember when I was training for bicycle racing I could eat as many complex carbs as I could. When I plateaued in my weight loss I tried eating less, and all I accomplished was a lack of energy, I would "Bonk" (a sudden loss of energy, with light headedness). I found the only way to further weight loss/muscle growth was to increase anaerobic weight training. Cross training, also helps. I found that a couple of days before heavy training, or competition, I would load on carbs, plus a pound of cooked spaghetti, (cooked in olive oil, light tomato sauce) immediately after a race, followed 3 hrs later, and breakfast the next morning, with a lean meat (steak, chicken breast) to proved amino acids for muscle repair. I dropped about 50lbs, and was able to compete in stage races using this method.

6 meals a day?! That's loads! I eat 2 or 3 meals a day, and I'm perfectly healthy! Well... as healthy as I need to be - training for SASUKE kind of healthy.

'Health' isn't in question here, the ~6 meals a day notion is purely to increase your metabolic rate and provide a more constant anabolic environment for training and recovery. If you eat three large meals per day then you're going to get three large insulin spikes and three large troughs whereas it's much better (from an active training standpoint) to keep metabolic hormones within a narrower range throughout the day - this way your growth, uptake of amino acids, breakdown of fats etc. all stay more constant.
That's a very simplified explanation.

well, I always usually ate at least 3 meals a day. It was four in the past, but now sometimes I have to skip breakfast (I know, that's bad...i know) or mid-afternoon snack because I have less time. I nearly always eat a light snack during the morning at school, too. Anyway, I'm trying to get up earlier in the morning and start homework sooner in the afternoon so I don't have to skip meals.
Yup, but don't worry, I eat loads of food...if I told you my weight right after showing you how much I eat you wouldn't believe me. And no it's not all chocolate and chips. Good, healthy bread and pasta, mostly. You know, I',ve always been quite slim, but there's still a bit of body fat that could go away. I'm not gonna eat less to lose weight, tho. What training can do will be enough. I don't necessarrily want to pull a Yamada Koji lol.

Bread and pasta aren't really healthy, especially white bread. They're mostly empty calories.
Scoped, six meals might sound like a lot, but if you follow recommended serving sizes, it's not. You'll most likely be hungry again by your next meal or, in my case, before.

Well, while I'm still here at boarding school, I get the portions I'm given, unfortunately, and only during meal times. Unfortunately not much I can do, but when I get home for some extended time (i.e December) I'll work on some dietary reconstruction ^_^
