Lars, your getting me mad! He did it for fun. If I could do that i would to lite fifty flips and do a flip and hit the red button in mid air! On the salmon ladder. the bars heavier so it's harder to do it now so give him a break he is not perfect! Remember what Nagano said? "I understand adults to know I'm not perfect *sigh* but t's the kids, I don't want kids to start my habits too." he said to Pwnmx(spelling?) Back on topic, I thought it was awsome, he did flips and was tired and still demolished the first stage with 21 seconds left. And it was wierd how Brian and Levi failed some spot same way. Well, it was my goal to upset you...geez Anyways, That's my opinion of Levi and you have your opinion. Let's just agree to disagree and move on. As far as G4 is concerned, who nows what they'll do next time. Levi and Brain O should be invited back by TBS. Mark and Luci should have to compete with the other G4 contestants. I feel bad for MArk but it's only fair that he try and qualify liek the other guys and gals who work hard to get on Sasuke. He may not be there next time, but I'm sure we'll see Mark again. I hope G4 will use common sense for ANC 4, but I have my doubts. We'll see...

Kinda off topic, but still on Levi's run: I compared Nagano's run and Levi's run, and looked at the times after each obstacle completed:
Levi/Nagano: SS: 116.3/116.5 (-0.2) LG: 106.7/104.5 (+2.2) PM: 97.5/94.1 (+3.4) JS: 81.7/81.0 (+0.7) HPA: 74.1/69.3 (+4.8) WW: 61.8/59.9 (+1.9) FC: 45.9/41.7 (+4.2) TR: 35.0/23.9 (+11.1) RL: 23.7/16.0 (+7.7) FINISH: 21.5/12.9 (+8.6)
These might not be completely accurate to the 10th of a second, but they are to the second. About when I took the times: SS: The moment one foot hits the landing. PM: Feet hit landing. PM: Hands leave pole. JS: Feet hit landing. HPA: Feet hit landing. WW: Hands leave top of WW. FC: Tricky, basically whenever competitor gets on other side of cargo rope. TR: Also tricky, moment competitor grips RL. RL: Hands leave top of the climb.

I just talked to Levi, this is what he said about the Salmon ladder: "The salmon ladder was heavier, but that didn't make it harder, just harder to predict. I failed because i used the wrong technique on it. Thanks" Makes sense... If you notice, Levi lost a lot of time/energy on the start of the salmon ladder because he was too strong and skipped a rung! He probably could have gone 2 rungs at a time, but that's pretty hard... You gotta use just the right amount of strength to move up the right distance... The heavier bar threw him off and he used too much power... Nagano got it just right

Oh, BTW, I fully expect them to make the salmon ladder harder in 22... I think they will give it a slight decline backwards, sort of like the ascending climb, but not nearly such a dramatic angle... Maybe they will rake it back 10 or 20 degrees... Won't make it impossible, but it will make it harder and much more intimidating

Considering how many people got pwned by the thing I sincerely doubt they will change it more than it has been atm.

Actually it sounds like you just made it easier because you just have to push it up on the jump and not the up and then back forward you have to do on the current one.

Rider, he said backward not forward... like the incline of the ascending climb.
But that's stupid, I hope they never do that, that doesn't increase the difficulty, it just increases the chance of you falling off.
So like every rung is a one chance thing.

I know he said backwards, and I said that he made it easier, everyone jumps back anyways, but this makes it less of a forwards jump from the backwards jump.

come to think of it, both ways would make it easier.

Yeah, if they want to make it harder they'd make them all the size of the last gap (either the size of the old last gap or the new last gap which have some difference of space (the new one is smaller but still bigger than the rest of the notches))

For those of you who are interested, I've compiled a video of Levi's Sasuke 21 participation which even includes presentation, interviews and some reactions. Just like I did with his Sasuke 20 participation. Here's the video:
Pardon for the quality and the sloppy editing, but you still be able to see the most of it.. Heh. Also, if anyone got a solution how on earth I can fix so that the lipsync is correct, let me know! Both my Levi videos are badly lipsynced. It's all good on my PC, but when I upload the file to youtube, the lipsync is way off.. Why's that..? Anyone who knows?
Perhaps the link could be added to first post in this thread so one doesn't have to look/search for the video of Levi's run..? Just a suggestion..

Not a good idea to be posted Sasuke videos that are clearly labeled right now. Unless of course you want TBS/G4 to find them and take down your videos and your site.

Yeah, I've lost 2 marked vids on Veoh, Youtube is more open so think about that. And the timing of the audio is off on stage 2.

Really? Wasn't aware of that, tbh.. But oh well.. The video was way off-synced anyway, so I removed it.
Rider, yep. I know. That's why I wrote what I did above.
