Hey, I'll participate in this. I'm 16 so I'm in the age range. I'm kind of worried about the pushups though, since I'm not great at them. I'm pretty good at situps. 2 years ago I did 56 situps in a minute, and that was before I started working out. Pull ups are always tough, but I'll give it my best go.

56 is good for one minute.
Also, I intended for this to be an ongoing thing, not just a one time contest, so do whichever.
Oh, and if your worried about your identity...be a ninja.

Whoever created this forum did a really adequate job!! Marunong ka!! O sorry speaking tagalog haha, anyone her filipino? Well i ACCEPT your challenge!! Hahaha you did it now lol. They dont call me ninja at school for nothing, get ready. The mile part is going to be incoherent for me. Im more of a sprinter than a long distance runner. So i think i will probably get last on that part but i have adequate endurance.

Two questions. Am I allowed to train for this because these aren't usually part of my normal training (Its not that I don't do these, its that I don't do them timed) and want to make sure I'm ready.
I might do bad on the mile and a half part too for going too far or something XD.

Gildab! Contact Sessler! I've laid down the ground rules. If you a competing, the run is NOT optional. Gildab, you'll need to specify what to do.

OK, I decided to just do it on a makeshift track measuring distance instead of actually going a mile and a half out having to do that and back. In the mean time I'll train for that.
And BTW does pull-ups have to be done with your arms facing a sort of way like your palms facing out against the bar (like I do) or with your palms in towards the bar (like most people do) or using some kind of mixed grip. Either way I'm still going to practice before doing the actual test.

uhm... I don't know what you mean by the pull up thing...
Your fingers have to be facing away from you.
Like your hands should be on the side of the bar that you're on.

Well I found a picture of pull ups that helps me explain, Do you have to do it like the guy on the right (palms away from you) or the guy on the left (palms facing you) EDIT: BTW I have no clue why those guys are doing them with weights.
