Finally finished the wiki page for 23. If anyone wants to check it out, here it is:

Note that there is a huge block of people between 12-16. Obviously, this isn't that accurate to most of those people's positions. Many of those are people that were shown either in the intro, during the SASUKE Navi, or people digested, all with Sato commentating. Most are probably spread out from #2-37, however, there really is no way of putting when they competed, unless you wanna try to look at sunlight, and the angles their shadows cast, which would take way too long.
