I was sure I was going to watch Sasuke Navi, but now I'm noticing that there are spoilers in. What kind of spoilers are there? If there are big spoilers inside, I don't want to wake up at 6 o'clock to be spoilered the All-Stars run. Can you help me decide?

If there are any spoilers you won't know who at the time.
And they pretty much competitors preparing for Sasuke for the first half and the second half is stuff like the course, the ANW people and stuff like that if it's the same as the 22 one.
EDIT: BTW, the most spoilers for 22 were in the 22 commercial that aired during the Navi
EDIT2: And when I mean "the new obstacles". This is pretty much all you get

Feel free to check the blogs I have for an exact thing they do on the show. I do warn though.. if you want absolutely no spoilers.. we can't guarantee they won't show it.. the last time.. TBS spoiled that someone got to the final at the end of Navi to try to boost ratings. Keep that in mind. I for one will be watching JUST for the spoilers

Well I think the only spoilers you would see are the competitor's numbers, but I don't think that's really a spoiler.

Very little spoilers especially since you can't understand japanese. It will show a few random failures but that's pretty much it. Last year we saw Olivia Munn fail, that was our biggest spoiler. They did make us think someone made it to the final stage but we knew that beforehand from the commercial, so Navi is more of a preview and get to know the competitors and new obstacles sort of thing.

Pretty much all 'spoilers' in the Navi are repeated at the beginning of the main broadcast anyway.

Not knowing who passes stage 1 or even getting to the final stage is what makes it fun. I will be watching Navi for sure, but will leave the room when any spoilers of actual footage show.

They have them disbursed throughout the broadcast. Everything from the opening "holy crap did they just do that?" to commercials through the middle of the program (they had 2 alternating around 4 times each) and then at the end they showed a few clips, a montage of lineup yells and then an announcement saying "Please watch.. someone was at the final.. thank you from TBS".. LOL was shocked they did that but hey it raised ratings... But seriously if you are terrified of spoilers.. I expect them to be in Navi. Because we are not used to how they pace programs.. it seems to come out of nowhere. Even blogging these shows for a year.. I get blind-sighted sometimes how they do certain things.
