Two comparable "time waster" obstacles that nobody likes. lol Well that was a shot in the dark but am I right on that?
I loved the pole maze, but I knew it made sense it didn't stick around for a 5th tournament. Really it was only exciting to watch in the 19th tournament IMO, where it went wrong for the most contestants (and every all star except Nagano had to redo the jump).
Cricle hammer is appallingly easy, not many people were floating around the platform unable to put a foot down. Count them, 3 people fell here. Necessitate replacing it? This obstacle staying is probably the safest bet.

I think it'll be a new obstacle, and they'll probably switch it around for the next few tournaments like they used to before 18. I think the reason the Pole Maze stuck for so long was that they didn't want to change the course since so many people were failing.

I really don't see why there needs to be a time waster. It's supposed to be the hardest obstacle course, not the biggest time waster... course... thing. Whatever. >.>
I see a new obstacle taking the spot. My subconscious insists it's square-shaped. Then again, he's crazy.
Guess we'll see.

I think the Circle Hammer is staying. Yes, it is a time waster and rediculously easy, but it also makes the First Stage's time limit very strict. And with only 5 clearing, with the fastest time only being 7 seconds left, I think it will stay for this tournament.

Whew, I finally have internet.
Yeah, I think it'll stay too. The First Stage is hard enough as is without introducing another new obstacle. At least for this tournament.

I picked Circle Hammer. I wasn't too big of a fan of it but I have that feeling it'll stick around for at least one more tournament.

I said new obstacle, because what the hell, the first half of the first stage has changed so much over the years that just about every tournament they like to see what sticks to the wall.
My guess is they'll have a new obstacle that'll cause some embarassing spills, since the Circle Hammer was so boring.

New obstacle here too, are they gonna add a new bridge obstacle yet? The bungee bridge wasn't much of a threat.

I honestly hope they change a LOT of things in stages one, two and three. We did almost have a total victory, after all.

That would make for a very exciting experience. Heir apparent to Sasuke 13, I'm hoping.

It really wouldn't take much to completely throw off everyone. A new obstacle and some obstacle tweaks ala SASUKE 19 and everyone would be done. Heck, moving the platform to the Gliding Ring back a few inches would be enough to eliminate people. And shaving off 10 seconds on the Final Stage would make it the hardest yet.

But that's still pretty boring in my opinion. The course hasn't featured more than a couple small changes in the past two or so years. It's getting stale.
The super killers, like the Log Grip and Jumping Spider need to stay, yes, definitely, but the ones that almost nobody fails, like the Half-pipe Attack... I think they should be changed.

If that's the case, then Soritatsu Kabe (lol......rider's constant use of Japanese names is getting to me) should be changed. As it gets few fails as well.

Very few failed it in 22 (Akiyama and Yamamoto don't really count). It's become a bit of a joke really, and they keep making it easier.

Yeah, but I still wouldn't call it easy. Perhaps they need to put it back the way it was in 20. It sounds kinda ridiculous to make something hard again after making it easy when it was hard, yes, but perhaps that's what it needs.
Who knows, with the HPA supposedly being used for the ANW, we won't see it in Sasuke 23 after all.

If they get rid of the Warped Wall what will they replace it with? Another time waster?

The ANW course has been scouted, there's no HPA.

Cummoon, the same exact course as 19 but EASIER? People adjust in time and mistakes that went beyond the courses challenges happened that year (2007). So changes like the circle hammer and making the HPA rope easier to reach, I didn't like. I'm not even sure why I like the harder courses.

20 was purely a business decision. They couldn't afford a repeat of 19, and even with the changes not many made it through (not to say it would have been worse if it hadn't been changed).
