It just seems like people never think about this one much of being a threat, but it's taken out the best and then some
I don't know I just got nervous every single time someone jumps for it
Anyone else agree?

Since when was the Metal Spin underrated? And no one has failed it since 17, besides the fact less people are getting past stage 1 and the Salmon Ladder, they made the runup much longer so its not as much of a threat as it used to be.

Wanna make it nearly unbeatable? Make the run-up a foot and a half. Or just a foot.

The runup in 15, 16 and 17 is fine as it is. No one has failed the new Metal Spin, I think its time for it to be retired as its no longer the obstacle it used to be. Making it there means you have to be fast while now it means you have to be super strong, plus now it has the long runup and not the short one so the Metal Spin is now an easier obstacle. I'd like to see the Swing Ladder replaced first though.

Swing Ladder's better than I thought. Sure, no one will fail there, but it wastes your time if you're not careful in a way that the Sky Walk never could.

You mean the way where you use every bar instead of just going through?
(EDIT: No spoilers outside the Sasuke 21 forum. Not even marked ones.)

The Swing Ladder is just swinging Monkey Bars.

But the Metal Spin, the only reason Nagano failed it was because he reached out to the farthest one.

Wanna make it nearly unbeatable? Make the run-up a foot and a half. Or just a foot. Levi just sort of leaned out and grabbed it in 20, almost. But this obstacle scares me too. Getting to the chain might not be overly hard, but the fact that it drops down and gives you a nasty whip seems like it might be harder than it looks. Plus, I'm not that great of a jumper, so I'd be worried that I might not make it. As for no one failing it. I think that the Salmon Ladder is knocking out all but the best competitors, so it might not be any less hard. A longer run-up definitely would help though.
