I'm working on getting organized for Brett Sims' blog (most likely going to be done early September if I can get everything done + if he makes it back to Japan it might play with the scheduling). (See the thread in General Sasuke if you want to ask a question for the blog entry).
I was checking out old footage of Sasuke 20 when ANC 2 guys + Brett went to Muscle Park and had issues with the pipe slider. There were a few people there to help them understand the course better.. Well.. this is the first time I check it in detail and.. well.. it was UNCLI.. Yuuji, Matsuda and Matachi Ryo were the 3 there helping them out.. LOL I mean.. they have always been heavily active Muscle Park kids but having seen Sasuke 22 it brings a whole new meaning to this footage. Anyone go back and see it? Ryo looks like a baby in the video.. LOL and it was only a year and a half ago.

LOL That's Yuuji, Matsuda and Nomura in that pic. ROFL... yeah.. Interesting find when watching old stuff with new eyes. I found it fascinating.

And everyone is forgetting the tall guy on the left. That's Kano Takaaki who made it to the Rope Ladder in 20.

Yeah but lets be fair its not as extreme a feet as what Yuuji did. But yea he did good getting to the end of stage 1 just time up.

Was he even in the broadcast? I've seen 20 far too many times and I don't remember him at all. He was the only qualifier not shown. He is shown timing out in a SASUKE Maniac for the 21 Trials. |
