Ryo is literally a walking Roulette Wheel. He can literally fail anything or anywhere. Optimistically I would say clear though.

Pretty much everyone else I agree on except Kaisei who doesn't really train for the course so DG is his max and Rahn who was dealing with nerves. Again optimistically I would say clear, but you never know.

Darvish in 39: Dragon Glider or clear
Kenji Fujimitsu in 39: doubt he'd clear as he had no prior experience on Sasuke, I'd say Fish Bone due to the specific timing, max Dragon Glider
Yorogo in 39: don't know much about him so I'll just go with the classic Dragon Glider 
Kaisei Takechi in 39: Dragon Glider, he failed there twice before and that seemed to be the hard limit for the entirety of RAMPAGE Exile. 
Rahn in 37: clear
Kyoguchi in 37: no idea who he is so I'll just agree with you lol
