Just finished watching that season 3 and have to say that I just LOVE THIS SHOW!! And hope that some year Finland would be one of those representing countries because I really wanna compete there and I think I could have good chances to do well on that course But as I said, I love this show

Start with bouldering, it gives you good basics and really great grip strength. I think bouldering is also better preparation for Ninja Warrior than top rope climbing. My training is mixture of bouldering and parkour, I think that those two are the best training for Ninja Warrior

I think stage 4 tower is great. There is nothing that should be replaced. But if something should be replaced, I would replace spider climb with lumberjack climb
