Sorry you didn't get in Badalight. Have fun seeing the show live though, seems like an amazing experience seeing it live.

And.. it happened. Esquire is leaving Cable. Seems they are going to try for all digital instead since they got cut out of cable television. Layoffs Coming to Esquire Network in Shift to Digital - The WrapNBCUniversal to Shut Down Esquire Network Cable Channel, Relaunch Brand as Digital Platform (EXCLUSIVE) - VarietyEsquire Network Cable Channel to Shutter, Will Relaunch as Digital Brand - The Hollywood ReporterYeah, I highly doubt an all digital approach will work.

Remember that 11 year-old from the SASUKE 33 thread? Look at what he did on Sasukepedia.
EDIT: It's probably gonna get deleted soon, so it was a competitor page he made for himself and it was about how he achieved "Kanzensheia" (way to fail at spelling, kid) on "Harambe Files." If anyone wants to see it: archive.is/8uFX8

I think Sean McColl (I could be wrong about who said it), said it was going to air in January.

Which is weird because later they do mention how audience members under 20 are not allowed to stay during the 3rd Stage and beyond. I really hope this doesn't mean the final stage is going to be drunken bikini strip jello wrestling... Although knowing Inui's record we can file that into the "plausible" category... I'm okay with this, as long as it's strawberry jello /s

Past competitors who they are inviting back should get the call soon.

Seems there is a snow storm that might be messing things up for the Osaka auditions.... Man, they can't get a break from the weather.

With auditions starting tomorrow, and Kunoichi taping on the 26th, I think it's safe to say taping will probably be mid February.

Going to try to go to the Denver one if I can get tickets for it. Not a huge fan of Anw, but it's the closest thing to Sasuke that I can see live.

If I'm reading this right, 2500 people applied. I thought it would have been more than that. Although I could be reading it wrong and it could be 2500 people in Tokyo and Osaka alone.

{Spoiler} Wow, Yamada returning? That will be an interesting run. I would say he has no chance at that Tackle/Soritatsu Kabe combo, but I don't know if he will even make it that far.

1: Makoto Nagano - Made it to the final stage several times, came close every time and achieved Kanzenseiha, being the first person to do so in 13 tournaments.
2: Toshihiro Takeda - While he hasn't done so well recently, he was a very strong competitor a while back. He's also easily likeable.
3: Shingo Yamamoto - Despite not doing very well recently, he keeps coming back and devoting his time to Sasuke. Very likeable as well.
4: Kazuhiko Akiyama - First grand champion, but because of his condition, he didn't do very well afterwards, and stopped competing a while back.
5: Bunpei Shiratori - I would like him more if he had competed more, but he himself also had health issues.
6: Katsumi Yamada - While he was very dedicated to Sasuke, he was too dedicated, and put it above his friends and family, which was not cool. Also, he was a bit of a jerk.

Yeah, I asked Singo in Japanese if he was retiring. His answer pretty much was "I am still continuing."

LMFAO Seems Inui JUST found out.. and is now trying to design the event.. now.. We don't know when the Sasuke taping is, but if it's as early as we think it is, and they don't even have the Kunoichi course started, that doesn't leave them with much time. I think we will see plenty of old obstacles return, mainly just because they might not have much time to make many new ones.

Really hyped about this tournament! After the big controversy about T32, I'm really thinking that TBS learned from their mistakes and that this will be a big come-back. Also, Morimoto's coming back, looking forward to that. Watching without Nagano there might still be a minor problem to me..
I wasn't around any forums during 32, what was the controversy?
