I'm not sure why people are saying 19 was harder. The question says overall. Which one had harder first stage? Debateable Which one was harder overall? 26 hands down. There were still less clears in 19, two and in 26 10 people cleared. Thats more than in tougher tournaments like 5, 6, 18, 20, 21, and 22. If Sasuke 26's competitors competed in 5 or 6, there would have been atleast 30 clears...

Any idea who could be #89?
It must be someone important for such a high number.

Exactly. It was pretty much like this from Sasuke 19 through 21 though from what I've seen. Once they changed everything in 22 then it the Half Pipe attack was easier. It was higher and was harder to recover but that makes little difference because someone who has to have two tries is most likely going to time out anyway. I don't remember there being anyone who has taken more than one swing and has cleared. Were there any people who have? Miyazaki Daisuke.

I could care less about the new stars. TBS just put names on a list and said they were the next big guys, when some of them didn't really do anything to get there. This time around, it isn't All Stars VS. New Stars, it's Americans vs. Japanese people. But not showing Rie Komiya makes no sense to me. They did show Rie Komiya.... she failed the snail

Kawahara has the record for most Rope Ladder time ups...
Miyazaki is good, Third Stage in 21 and almost beat Stage One in 22. He's just not good with tough new obstacles, (he fell on the HPA in 20 but beat in afterward.

I was really annoyed Tajima and Sato Jun weren't even shown and they're Shin Sedai... They deserve at least a FF

Btw, the way the numbering went was something like this (imo): #92 Brian Orosco #84 David Campbell #83 Shane Daniels #82 Travis Furlanic #74 Brent Steffensen #73 Evan Dollard #72 Adam Truesdell *At the start of Adam's run, you can see Evan standing next to the starting line, meaning he will go next. As the camera pans out, comedian Yagi (#76) is seen. Before him, another guy wearing blue with a number is seen, which is most likely #75. #61 Paul Kasemir (going by TBS's number) #60 Patrick Cusic #59 Adam Laplante (If this is right, Sato Jun was #58) Any idea where Sato Jun failed?

Despite the pure randomness of fails, I liked the obstacle set up and think it'll stay the same.

Seriously it was worse than Sasuke 22.
We were in the 20s forever then went straight to the 60s and then the 80s.
Why didn't Hashimoto go last in Stage Two? He was 98 and Okuyama was 97!

I gave it 6.
Americans were just everywhere, and I had a heart attack everytime someone Japanese or Lee Enchi took on a stage.

I voted Strict, even though the Americans had plenty of time, atleast 5 people crawled to the finish with less than 3 seconds.

Giant Swing was easy but extremely time consuming.
My fav was the Slider Jump from 22. Great Obstacle.
