Two teams compete in physical challenges. Takes place in a studio set or lot. Some versions have up to 3 seasons per year. All the versions use a red and yellow color scheme. --- The franchise first began in Chile, running from January 19, 2009 to May 21, 2013 with 12 seasons. Ongoing versions are Panama (2014-2023), and Paraguay (2010-2016; 2022-2023). Cancelled versions include Ecuador (2012-2017), El Salvador (2016-2018), Honduras (2013-2020), and Bolivia (2014-2022). --- Wikipedia is a mess because mods keep deleting entire shows or random seasons. Here's a category page, but it hasn't been updated since 2018 - es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Categor%C3%ADa:Calle_7

At a glance, I like that the modern versions seem to be more focused on physical challenges and obstacle courses, compared to EEG, Combate, much of Guerreros, and early seasons or versions of C7.
What I don't like is that so many of these shows and versions are crammed into the same sized set, so it feels a little claustrophobic, especially with the frantic camerawork.
Paraguay and Bolivia have some really distracting background lights. Panama is a little better but the spot lights can sometimes be a little intense.
Paraguay's set looks really busy with the design and lights, so the obstacles are hard to focus on. Panama is easier to watch since it takes place in a larger area, but the heavy red and yellow color scheme also causes the structures to blend in.
The larger gym set also makes Panama feel a little more sports-like, even though Paraguay also does the same kinds of courses.
Of the two ongoing versions, Paraguay has playlists for each season, while Panama dumps all their latest seasons into a single playlist.
It's cool when any of these shows have the grand finals outside or in those little stadiums.
My ideal version of this kind of show would probably be a mix of C7 Panama/Paraguay, Guerreros Mexico (outside, high climbing, almost Beastmaster looking challenges), and Guerreros Costa Rica (because they actually used a bunch of Ninja obstacles).
