-Kanno’s Lazer Guns -Hioki the Lucky Bastard -French Salmon Ladder
Im afraid I dont know these.
Also, the deepest part would probably be something we dont even know, considering the language/culture barrier.

These are all good however if you want to improve your iceberg I would suggest watching Billyvid's iceberg videos about Sasuke on youtube. Even though there's 3 videos, it's a good watch. On the last video, the last thing he talks about is very dark.

Kanno’s Lazer Guns is a very old reference (http://lostinube.blogspot.com/2009/12/meeting.html?m=1); I probably should’ve put something like Kane’s video game controversy The Hioki one is in reference to Hioki (before consistently reaching Stage 3) being known as “Lucky Bastard who got Bunpei to speak at his wedding” The French Salmon Ladder is a reference to this SMF Thread from a few years back (https://sasukemaniac.proboards.com/thread/6815/sasuke-invent-salmon-ladder) which states that the Salmon Ladder originated from a French show

Can someone also explain to me: - Hioki the Lucky One - Kanno’s Laser Guns - Shoe Gate - Sato Jun’s attitude
I know broadly about the last one but only that he was a bit of a dick on the sidelines in 32 and 33, nothing more.
Also, who were the original All-Stars? I know Omori and the Kosugi brothers were at least in the running.

I’ve already explained Kanno’s and Hioki’s in this thread, but I’ll happily get these out of the way too. There’s an allegation that Sato flipped off the camera at some point, and generally had an arrogant attitude to the point Nagano allegedly had to have a word with him. I heard this through the forum so I’m not sure exactly how true it is. Shoe-Gate was an incident where Yamada claimed Yuuji’s first Kanzen should be revoked due to the shoes him and the other finalists were wearing

Also, who were the original All-Stars? I know Omori and the Kosugi brothers were at least in the running. Taken from Sasukepedia, which is of course the most reliable source on the planet.... We have this list of original All-Stars that apparently came from the SASUKE 6 Navi. -Akiyama Kazuhiko -Hatakeda Yoshiaki -Kane Kosugi -Kudō Junichirō -Nakamura Shigeyuki -Nicholas Pettas -Ōmori Akira -Shane Kosugi -Shōei -Takeda Toshihiro -Yamada Katsumi -Yamamoto Shingo -Yusa Masami So basically it was mostly people either known for their previous performances, (Ōmori, Yamada, Kane, etc.) or rookies that had become popular elsewhere (Hatakeda, Shōei, Yusa).

Level 5: Ryouma Kato breaking the NDA back in 23 and losing his blog as a result.
Level 6: Tomino Keita (allegedly) having a falling out of sorts with his former Cliffers.
Level 7: Drew and Inui's fight over the reverse Cliffhanger jump in 31 and Drew having to redo it as a result.

Gotcha, sorry I was on mobile so I accidentally scrolled past your previous explanation. I already actually knew about a few of these, just wasn't sure what the terms in the list meant. I know Bunpei was at Hioki's wedding and I knew Yamada claimed Yuuji's shoes were 'illegal', as though tabi boots have never been used on Sasuke before, ever, right? I mean it's not like Yamada himself wore tabi boots, especially not ones he applied tape to? Yeah I've always wondered about Jun. The extent of what I heard was simply that, at least in Sasuke 32 and 33, was that he just kind of kept out of the other competitors' way and didn't really associate himself with the Sasuke community, but we obviously saw him showboat after his Sasuke 33 run, as well as making some inappropriate gestures (see 4:55 of this vid: . I'm assuming he did some other stuff off camera as well which is perhaps why his post-run interviews in 32 and 33 weren't shown even on the above video. I always wonder what made him become more friendly and engaged with the community; I mean if you see how he is post, say, 35, it's complete night and day compared to what I heard about his early post-hiatus behaviour. Lol they did a Sasuke 28 with the original All-Stars, where five of them picked just happened to be the last five men standing on the show, even if they'd had a medicore record (or in Hatakeda's case, none whatsoever, which would've made his placement even more of a spoiler). Mind you, in 28 the last four men standing were the ONLY Shin Sedai, whereas at least here there were a mix of celebrities and stronger competitors like Omori and Shingo who didn't do well necessarily in that very tournament. What's very interesting here is how the All-Star formula evolved; clearly they wanted a lot of the All-Stars back in the day to be celebrities supposedly to give the show a well-known set of mascots, however that quickly evolved into the All-Stars actually being regular guys with regular jobs who were just incredibly athletic. The biggest Level 7 for me is how #17 from Sasuke 16, Akira Hayashida, had his body allegedly disposed of (implying potential murder) by his son. The article implies Hayasida was 70 years old in 2019 and dealt in pet-related businesses, which perfectly matched the same profile as the Sasuke 16 competitor who was 57 at the time, so it was definitely him: link to article here english.kyodonews.net/news/2019/11/e751ae9aca49-man-arrested-for-incinerating-fathers-body-police-suspect-murder.html?phrase=268%20&words=

Another person who I had in mind was Kazutaka Yoshino, who participated in 29 but failed the hedgehog. Sadly, he died in a freak accident on the set of the live-action play adaption of the popular series Attack on Titan.

Other Sasuke related things to add to the iceberg: -All the other Sasuke spinoffs bar Viking and Kunoichi (2001 onwards) These included Sasuke Senior, Sasuke Junior (were there two different version of this as I have seen some clips on yt that looked like Sasuke Junior but did not match the obstacles listed in Sasukepedia? I would love to know the answer. There was also a game based off the sasuke junior course but it wasn't the Sasuke Jr on sasukepedia), Pancratium (power sasuke), Saruke (if i remember a chimpanzee took on an obstacle course with Yamada, Sato Hiromichi and Wakky was in) and Super Dog (an obstacle course for dogs). I would love to have these stored in my archive but all are really obscure spin offs. If I made any mistakes, sorry in advance.
EDIT: I also forgot about the first 2 Kunoichi tournaments which aired in 1999 and 2000, where it was one of the challenges on Kinniku Banzuke. EDIT 2: You could consider the Sasuke trials to be a spinoff and there was Sasuke Mania, which was another Sasuke related show.
Final List of Sasuke related shows you can add to the iceberg (the lower it goes, the more obscure the show gets): Kunoichi (2001 onwards) Viking The Sasuke Trials (the ones that were broadcasted) The First Two Kunoichis (1999 and 2000) Sasuke Mania Saruke Super Dog Both of the Sasuke Jrs? Sasuke Sr Pancratium

Thanks for the feedback everybody! I threw together the list as just a quick little thing at 3:00 AM; it's been great to hear about all these other additions I forgot to add.
Why I remembered Kanno's Lazer Guns and not the Kane Video Game Controversy boggles me

The first two kunoichis were basically events in Kinniku Banzuke and it only had one stage. However, I dont think anyone cleared it. The only notable competitor that participated was Yusa Masami who only participated in the first one I think. You should find more info on sasukepedia.
