What is your best physical achievement/goal?
Thought I would put this out there as many Sasuke/ANW fans obviously train themselves.

About 10 years ago (when I still actively trained for Sasuke), at one point I did 5 muscle-ups in a row. Although they were with kipping, I can't even do 1 anymore.
Similarly, as a senior in high school I was able to regularly do 15 pull-ups without rest, with my personal best being 19 in a row. I am now able to only do about 10 in a row (which is still decent, but it shows how much better I used to be physically).

If you’re still able to do 10 after not training for so many years that’s still very impressive. The best I ever felt was when I got my first one arm pullup. I am currently trying to get 5. I can currently do 3 admittedly unclean reps but I feel as though I’ve stagnated in the past few weeks. I don’t know why it’s so difficult, I can pretty easily do 80 standard reps (I’ve been training for a long time and I also weigh 125 lbs) even towards the end of my workout with one arm hanging rest. I want to start training more Sasuke specifically in the future. I have pretty good upper body strength but all of the obstacles these days are so technique specific, to the point that just being good at pull-ups isn’t as sufficient as it was in the Golden Era where you could muscle your way through Stage 3.

For me, it's by far my swimming.
Generally I'm not like the most athletic person (I think I could beat 1 and 2's Stage One easily but aside from that 3 and 4 are the only ones I would stand a chance on) and my grip strength is pretty lackluster because I have joint hypermobility which effects my grip (if anyone has any advice for training it despite that I'd appreciate it and I'd like to DM)
But I can swim. I can really swim. For context, I'm confident in saying that I could decimate the 29 Backstream at it's most powerful setting. Aside from swimmming I'd say I'm average to slightly above average in every other field.

1:15 Half Marathon, run back in May! Still improving all these years later! Fuuuuuck that’s insane. I’ve never run a half but my two best friends are really into it and they both got 1:30 and 1:44 respectively, so I know how insane a 1:15 is.

Jheeeze, I haven’t swum in a while, but I nearly drowned last time I got hit by a sudden tide in the sea so I’m obviously a touch apprehensive.

Mine isn't really an amazing physical achievement, but I would say it is relatively unique. I once did the Sporcle 'Countries of Africa' and 'Countries of Asia' quizzes back to back, while dead hanging from a bar (I was switching hands for hanging and typing). The hardest part was coordination for typing, it was surprisingly easy to make errors. The hanging itself wasn't all that bad since deadhangs on bars were one of my stronger attributes, and naming countries is also something I don't have issues with. I can't remember how long it took me to do in total, but I think it might have been getting up around 5-8 minutes. In contrast, my fastest time to name all countries in Africa (54 countries) is 1:31 and Asia (49 countries) is 1:02.
