The Despica-balls are like a harder more twisty Rib Run, or a Burn Rubber with all the wheels sideways and they can twist.

Love movie plug episodes. Not. Also, fluff pieces usually don't do much for me, but after everything she's been through, Barclay's engagement and finding love really struck a chord with me. {Run 1 (Jess Wombles)}Split Decision (Despicaballs) {Run 2 (Isaiah Thomas)}Obstacle 5 (Final Frontier) {Montage 1}Adam Naids: Obstacle 2 (Shattered Panes) Megan Jarmosevich: Shattered Panes Tyler Yamauchi: Final Frontier {Run 3 (Tristan Wyman)}Final Frontier {Montage 2}Sabrina Tamraz: Shattered Panes Andrew Naquin: Obstacle 4 (Kickboards) Donovan Metoyer: Final Frontier {Run 4 (Barclay Stockett)}Final Frontier {Montage 3}Christie Brophy: Shattered Panes Nick DeMore: Kickboards David Tomassoni: Final Frontier {Run 5 (Katie Bone)}Cleared, 5:08.92 {Montage 4}Parker Hewes: Final Frontier Kristen Brickner: Shrinking Steps Mike Eckert: Split Decision (Despicaballs) {Run 6 (Mark Antioquia)}Cleared, 4:03.33 {Montage 5}Chris Adkins: Kickboards Owen Dyer: Cleared, 3:02.03 Heather Petty: Shattered Panes {Run 7 (Gary Weiland)}Split Decision (Log Runner) {Montage 6}Ben Evert: Shattered Panes Mark Farrell: Final Frontier Jody Avila: Cleared, 3:15.980 {Run 8 (Jonathan Godbout)}Split Decision (Despicaballs) {Run 9 (Ernesto Perez)}Shattered Panes {Montage 7}Devon Collins: Shattered Panes ELijah Levee: Split Decision (Despicaballs) Liv Hackmann: Kickboards {Run 10 (Anabella Heinrichs)}Final Frontier {Montage 8}Erick Zamorano: Split Decision (Log Runner) Devin Harr: Final Frontier Jaelyn Bennett: Final Frontier {Run 11 (Austin Gray)}Cleared, 2:16.35 {Montage 9}Megan Rowe: Kickboards Emmanuel Aouad: Final Frontier Isaiah Wakeham: Cleared, 3:46.99 {Run 12 (Isabella Wakeham)}Final Frontier {Montage 10}Christian Youst: Cleared, 3:45.48 Elliott Jolivette: Split Decision (Log Runner) {Run 13 (Nate Hanson)}Cleared, 2:12.99 {Semifinalists}1. The three new obstacles are pretty good in my opinion and I liked watching them. I didn't hate the Minion stuff personally, mainly because I actually enjoy those films in a switch off your brain and enjoy kind of way, but I can definitely see how it could get grating.

Split decision makes no sense, when its two of the same type of obstacles. I wish they would go back to having one balance obstacle. It works well in the semi final when its an extreme balance or extreme upper body test. I wish it was just the minion one. Barkley's story was one of the few stories that were worth seeing. But for the love of god, 99% of stories aren't needed. Unless I have some reason to be invested in them then maybe but still EVERYONE having a story wastes time, show us every run. its like 40 minutes total out of 90 of actual ninja.
41 out of 100 shown how disrespectful to those who put in the time and effort to get on the show!

Are we not gonna discuss how wild Final Frontier is? I love that obstacle, it was innovative and took a different skill than brute strength. I want to see it in stage 2.

On god they gotta stop showing the guy with the orange mask
Notable cuts: Polizzi failed Final Frontier, still moving on
Also, Final Frontier is fun af to watch. It feels really short tho but if it was longer it belongs in the 9 slot, or the back half of S3

Really bad. It's basically doing the same number every week, which on paper sounds good but is not. Two weeks ago it did 2.7 million against NBA Finals. Last week it did 2.7 million again against NHL Finals. This week 2.7 or 2.8 million with 0 competition on TV. That means that the Sports is not even competition to ANW, ANW can literally just not hit the 3 million mark on Free Television. And 3 Million isn't even good either, this season is doing the lowest ratings of any ANW Season since being bought by NBC. This season has - Record Low Demos - Record Low Attendance - Record Low Viewership - Record Low Interest

It's funny how for years they told superfans "casuals love the stories" oh really because its down 50% from its debute on NBC.

Yeah by having teenagers run they thought that would attract more young people to watch ANW but it hasn't helped at all lol. The average age of ANW viewers is almost 70 years old. Most young people I try putting on to the show just tune out after 20 minutes because the stories are too long lol.

Shattered Panes is the kind of hybrid parkour+climbing obstacle I wouldn't mind seeing more of. We've had so many strictly upperbody obstacles in that spot. And it's also something that isn't pipes.
But I wish the middle section was similar to the first and third sections instead of another overhang board. Maybe make it a cross over jump section.
I could imagine a redesigned stage or another show having a continuous section with Shattered Panes going directly into something like Inverter or maybe even a Cliffhanger.

Final Frontier with maybe 2 more cross over jumps would be a cool last Stage 3 obstacle. Maybe even replace the Pipe Slider in Japan.
It's like a less slippery, more technical, more controlled version of Cane Lane with a bit of a Pipe Slider feel and the suspense of each jump on Flying Bar.
The German course showed how janky Cane Lane can get seeing competitors flailing their way down the track without really moving anywhere, and with the high risk of the cane randomly jerking as they're about to transfer.
