It wasn't all bad news for Malaysia. Malaysia took home 3 gold medals and 2 silver medals. Cheah Liek Hou won gold in Men's Badminton Singles SU5, Malaysia's first ever Badminton gold medal. Bonnie Bunyau Gustin won gold in Men's Powerlifting 72kg, Malaysia's first ever Powerlifting gold medal. Gustin holds the world record and set a new Paralympic record. Abdul Latif Romly won gold in Men's Long Jump T20, becoming the first Malaysian to defend their title. In 2016, Romly broke the world record 3 times on the same day and won Malaysia's 3rd ever gold medal. Muhammad Ziyad Zolkefli would have been the first Malaysian to defend his title if he didn't have his gold medal stripped. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malaysia_at_the_Paralympics

Oksana Masters was on this season of The Cube. She and her partner used up all 9 lives in the second game. A clip of her partner nailing the first game. Masters won two gold medals in Para-cycling in Women's Road Time Trial H4-5 and Women's Road Race H5. She has won 10 medals in 4 sports during 2 Summer and 2 Winter Games. 2016 Rio was the only time she didn't win a medal. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oksana_Masters
