What would it be?
For example, tell Nagano not to rush the jumping spider prior to 24 or warn Ryo of the triple tackle prior to 31.
What advice or warnings would you give competitors if you could hypothetically go back in time and do so?
On a side note, why is there such a short character limit for the subject section?

Easier said than done, but every Pipe Slider fail that's resulted from the competitor just losing their grip before attempting a jump (e.g. Shinji in 11), I would've just told them that when they feel like they can't hold on anymore, just commit to a do or die move as there's nothing to lose.
Also easier said than done, but move quickly through the first half of the Stage 3 obstacles (i.e. before the Cliffhanger) as the longer you spend lingering (e.g. on the Body Prop, Rumbling Dice etc.) the more your stamina will run out. Obvs the Cliffhanger is different because one slip and you're out so the slow and steady approach is more justified there, and hence you need to preserve your stamina for that obstacle.

Tell Shingo to remember that the plank exists in SASUKE 22...
Although then we wouldn't have one of the admittedly funniest fails in the whole show, so perhaps not!

I feel like tns' Pipe Slider advice definitely would've kept Ishikawa from getting chucked off the Flying Bar.
Though I would extend this to the Slider Jump and Dragon Glider by saying don't hesitate on the jump. Though I recall somehow Takeda was able to save himself in 24 from that (probably from the amount of momentum he had compared to Terek who didn't have much).
