Stage 1: Roller Hill and Fishbone could freak me out. Dragon Glider's intimidating. Warped Wall after Tackle is no joke. I know these obstacles are harder than they look. I'd say I'd probably fail the Fishbone Kai. I could maybe clear the stage in my current condition, but it'd be tough.
Stage 2: Rolling Log makes one dizzy as hell. After that I don't know if I could do the Salmon Ladder Kudari after that, but I'd train for it so I'd say I'd clear. The rest of the stage is all conditioning, but I don't underestimate it. With no training, I'd worst case fail the Log or Salmon Ladders, I'd best case time out on the Conveyor. With intense training I could maaaybe clear.
Stage 3: No training I fail the Flying Bar. With training I'd 100% fail the first Cliffhanger jump best case scenario.
Stage 4: Salmon Ladder time out, maybe on the rope if I trained the Salmon Ladder like a fiend for a long, long time.

Dragon Glider. I have the timing of the Fishbone literally engrained in my mind and the first 3 obstacles are super easy. I'd fail the transition to the 2nd Dragon Glider track as long as I'm not careless.

Honestly pretty hard to tell.
It mainly just comes down to how much you train for the highly specific movements required by each obstacle. Hence you get guys that aren’t as stereotypically ‘athletic’ as an Olympian but because they train aggressively on entire replicas of entire stages they can do well, while you get guys who are professional athletes but because they’re unaware of the nuances of each obstacle they fail Stage 1.
Compare, say, someone like Ryo, to like Naoki Iketani. Ryo isn’t a professional athlete, smokes, and recently has got pretty out of shape, but because he’s spent 10-15 years training in his and his friends’ backyards (less so since Sasuke 31 but you know what I mean), he’s still an incredibly powerful competitor. Iketani meanwhile was an athlete by profession but couldn’t beat Stage 3 for the life of him purely because he didn’t train the Body Prop or Cliffhanger, both of which arguably require specific practice to overcome.

Assuming every obstacle is very hard (you have no idea how hard they are until you try them) and having a decent run: Stage One = Dragon Glider or Soritatsu Kabe Stage Two = Salmon Ladder Nobori Stage Three = Flying Bar Stage Four = Spider Climb
Assuming the obstacles are still hard but not as hard as I was thinking previously, and having a really good run: Stage One = Clear Stage Two = Clear Stage Three = Cliffhanger Dimension Stage Four = Salmon Ladder
(The other thing to consider is that, because I would naturally go fast, and simply due to the nature of the course, it is possible I could still fail anywhere).

Speaking honestly, I think Rolling Hill would do me in a second. I am not very fit so balance and coordination would be an issue. If I was stronger, maybe a slip up on the Silk Slider or at best the Fishbone Kai would make me slip.
