Ryo in 36, Takechi in 37, Yusuke in 33, Akiyama in 4, .....him.......in 31 and 32 (32 was impressive given the conditions), just way too many to count I think.

Yeah, Drew's save probably has to be one of the best.

Also, wasn't there an impressive Balance Tank save at some point? My memory is fuzzy, but I seem to recall there being one. I know people have already mentioned one, but here's another one from SASUKE 27.

There was actually quite a few saves on the Spin Bridge in SASUKE 27, with Brent Steffensen and Kadono Yuuya being some names, but the one that really caught my eye was indeed Kanno--him literally holding on to the end platform with nothing but his arm (in which it dislocated in the process) trying to avoid either falling in the water or coursing out. What really helped support his save was his legs holding on to the ropes of the last ball of the Spin Bridge, and even with a dislocated shoulder, he managed to press on and beat the first stage wearing #1. That, to me, was definitely an underrated moment in SASUKE.

I’m not sure if he actually dislocated his shoulder on the Spin Bridge because surely he would’ve been writhing in pain (every time we’ve seen a shoulder dislocation the competitor’s been unable to continue).
I think he might’ve aggravated it because he seemed okay when he cleared, and to not withdraw at that point meant that he clearly didn’t think much of it. Then on the Slider Drop that’s when it properly dislocated, because he fell to the floor in unbearable pain.

I know people have already mentioned one, but here's another one from SASUKE 27. He wound up failing the Metal Spin after that though. Anyway, I have another good save in mind. Nagasaki in 17 on the Pipe Slider, which is pretty similar to Akiyama's in 4, though not as good.

Urushihara slipped on the jumping spider & miraculously landed on the trampoline in 26

this isn't exactly an impressive save now, but when it was done, it was, and it became influential. Nagano in 18 on the Salmon Ladder. When he tried to get onto the top rung, he went slanted, and only reached one of the rungs. Rather than do the technique used by the previous competitors (which was to have the bar go down and try it again cleanly), he managed to get the other side of the bar up.
On a similar topic, didn't Kanno once get the Salmon Ladder bar slanted two rungs? I think he did, and nearly lost his grip, but ended up clearing the stage.
Another one is I think David Campbell's save on the Slider Jump. He missed the grab on the net, but managed to get his legs into the net and save himself.

To the above comment, the Kanno thing was in Sasuke 23. He actually got really lucky that tournament to make it to the Final Stage as he made several near-fatal mistakes in Stage 1 as well as Stage 2 as you mentioned.
He ended up actually making those errors in the following tournament which led to his First Stage failure in 24.
