There's a German version called Top Dog Germany on RTL, same network as Ninja Warrior Germany. It takes place indoors. The course is the same but more colorful with even better lighting. At the end of the Dog House, instead of biting a guy, the dogs have to fetch a ball from a cannon. My DVR recorded a few episodes of season 3 and Google has season 3 episodes when Googled. But I haven't heard anything anywhere else. I haven't verified by watching yet. Currently watching too many shows. If true, there were a few episodes recorded in a single day.

I'm happy of a third season. Honestly, with Covid being a massive wildcard, I don't blame them banging out 2 seasons. I'm just shocked that the season is going super fast. 4 episodes each Saturday is a lot. The season is going to be over in no time. I hope they aren't just burning through episodes. I like this show and hope for more seasons.

Just got around to finishing Season 3. The course was the same. They slightly changed the first round. Instead of 6 dogs running head to head, it was 5 dogs with the 3 fastest moving on.
Episode 7 was a second chance episode. The winner, Working Dog Naz, previously lost to Episode 3 winner, Big Ben.
The finale featured 6 dogs and was missing Episode 2 winner, Cam. Cam's handler is a federal agent and was called onto assignment.
Episode 2 winner, Underdog Cam, competed in Season 1 as a K9 on Episode 6, where they lost by 4 seconds. The dog retired, but they came back this season as an Underdog to raise awareness for alopecia. They won their episode by less than 2 seconds.
Episode 3 winner, Underdog Big Ben, originally applied for Season 1, but didn't make it. They ended up being one of the three dogs in the finale's last round.
The season had a great second chance story in Naz, as well as Big Ben for missing the cut in Season 1 but making it to the last round of Season 3, and also Cam for nearly winning an episode in Season 1 then returning to win an episode in Season 3.
In Episode 3, Naz lost to Big Ben by 4 seconds. Naz came back and won the second chance episode with the fastest times for both rounds of the entire season. In the finale, Naz went even faster for the first round, and ultimately beat Big Ben and a K9 to win the title.
This highlights the importance of wildcards in these types of shows.
