Hi guys,
This topic is very narrow, but I'm very worried about it.
I'm really bad at technical tricks (I'm better at jumps/hanging stuff), so believe it or not, it took me quite a while to even learn a simple front-flip on the trampoline lol.
Up until about a month ago, I was able to do one. But I went back today and was unable to land a single flip, kept landing on my side and flipping diagonally instead of straight.
I started Track last month, so do you think this could be the culprit? I'd like to think it is, but I'm afraid I'm just really horrible at retaining stuff :/.
So any experts in this type of thing or, miraculously, someone having the same issue?!

I'm unsure there's a connection, but I'm a distance runner as well and am also incapable of doing flips lol. I'll definitely get back to you if I find anything.
