Currently, I am training toward SASUKE VIETNAM unlimited at upcoming March Qualifications of the show require at least 30 pulls-up in one minute in one set , 60 push ups in one minute one set , tyre flipping in one minute( the tyre is 50 kg) and 100 dash run ( 15 seconds rest between each of those) I am quite confident only at the last two requirements My current maximum is 15 at pull up and 30 at push up. Somehow I have to achieve 30 pull up and 60 push up in one set right after another. After searching, it seems like GTG ( greasing the groove) technique is the only thing that I can count on So right now I am doing things like 3 set of 9 pull up following by 1 set of 20 push up spreading through out the day. I usually rest 15 minutes between each set. Daytime with me now do not have any kind of normal training anymore, instead, 30 - 40 set of pull up and push up. Any comments from you guys will be great !
I really want to enter to the show this year to defeat those obstacles ˆ

I did this for a month and went from 10 pullups to 25. Would definitely recommend this.
