You know what, I can see why she is called forced and overrated, but I enjoyed watching her on the course and it was just kinda the show forcing her. Hope she does well in the WWE.

I think we call can be glad to know she'll be going to NXT, and weekly NXT is bad to the point there's no point of watching

This is purely speculation but I believe her agent was the one who pushed for Kacy to leave the show. That's all I'll say.

I mean it's honestly a smart move. Hunter probably wasn't offering the minimum deal because of her history on ANW for people to recognize her, and it's a guaranteed contract that's probably more than what she makes on ANW...with that said if she botches it and gets fired she basically could show up on the day back at ANW and they'd put her on and give her a 45 minute fluff piece

Good for her tbh. I remember reading on the wrestling thread (yes I lurk..) that a lot of people on reddit and even Facebook that feel that she would be a good fit there. She hasn't been doing that well on ANW recently and every year the hate piles on higher. So why not do something that would be positive and actually pays? LOL I mean seriously no one gets paid on ANW and quite honestly it's a good paycheck and career move. I'll be curious though how it will be next year though without Kacy. Curious if she will show up on the sidelines or any other NBC/Ninja show now that she's under contract doing something else. I'm sure that will be an impact on ANW despite the detractors.

Yeah, the irrational hate I've seen many times, it's sad it seeped in to ANW. Example I can give is in F1, the rose-tinted glasses are over 9000, and that really makes irrational hate with everything.
Maybe that's not related, and I just really want to talk about F1, but my original point still stands. Glad she can get away from it.

Also for what it's worth, WWE has a contract with NBC Universal, they air on USA Network and used to have SmackDown on SyFy, and sometimes NBC will air Wrestlemania months later, that being said, their contracts are rather protective and the chance of her being able to still compete on ANW are rather slim, it's too much of an injury risk to be competing, but it's entirely possible for her to watch from the sidelines, hell WWE wouldn't mind the free publicity.
Also what this would make her the 4th person to be on ANW and wrestle with WWE for any amount of time? Matt Capiccioni (A.K.A Matt Cross, MDogg20 or most recently Son of Havoc on Lucha Underground) competed on ANW twice and was on Tough Enough, Zach Gowen competed on ANW, Stephen Amell had a tag match at SummerSlam a couple years back and was on the disaster of a celebrity special. Hell if we include all ninja and just WWE Ibushi Kota was in the Cruiserweight Classic. Now that's not including other wrestlers to compete like Tanahashi Hiroshi, The Great Sasuke, Marafuji Naomichi or Hamada Ayako.

I think she could turn out decent as a wrestler. I just hope they don't give her a stage name. WWE does that sometimes with already semi known people and it's really dumb.

Hmm.. that's interesting and never thought about that. In some ways giving her a stage name gives her a fresh start but would alienate her fan-base. Then again.. depends on how much cross promotion between the shows happens if at all.

I mean they showed her at the MYC as "Kacy Catanzaro", granted they can definitely tell her that things are changing and that won't be her name, but I would be shocked to see it changed. Why take away her ability to be easily recognized by giving her a stage name? We'll see though

I mean WWE is getting better about people keep their current names for the most part, I think the big thing is how Kacy isn't an existing wrestler so she won't have a wrestling fanbase keeping up with her and in this case WWE probably needs to keep her booked under her real name to bring attention to their product.
