Maybe i'm just seeing things, but for some reason i'm unable to edit anything on sasukepedia as of today. Anyone else have this problem?

Nope, just you. Did you vandalize Sasukepedia recently? Maybe you received an IP ban.

I remember making my last edit to the final stage and citing a link for my source as the change. Oddly enough, it appears to be a ban for spam, but I also found it odd that every other user that I clicked on showed the word blocked on it.

I'm pretty sure I know which account is yours, as I do see the latest edit to the Final Stage page with a source in the edit; but let me know what your Sasukepedia username is and I'll take a look at your permissions just in case.
No registered accounts (with usernames) have been suspended since July 2014; anonymous IP-based accounts have been suspended for vandalism since then, but most of those have expired and are free to edit again. You also might be trying to edit an article that is locked to prevent vandalism, especially on larger, more important pages; which would give you an error.
