SMF has been around for about 6 years, and in the process it has certainly had its fair share of memorable moments. In honor of this forum and everyone here, use this thread to quote and recall some of the posts which stood out to you as particularly amusing.
Also, although this is a thread in the Spam Board, please do NOT use it as an excuse for you to discriminate against other members. It's expected that everyone can handle this topic in a relatively-mature matter, and if this rule cannot be followed, the thread will be locked. I understand there's a fine line between pointing out other members' goofy moments at a friendly level and a malicious one, but please use your best judgment in adhering to this rule in conjunction with the other ones we have here on SMF. For example, if you feel someone may be offended by something, either don't post it or give everyone a fair warning (the latter applying to more adult-themed content, i.e. language, sexual themes, etc.).
With that said, share away!

It had to be done..... But in all seriousness yes this is a very memorable moment of SMF and one of it's funniest, still got the tune stuck in my head.

One Memorable moment was when the first thread was made that officially declared our Independence from G4 forums.

Anyway, I'm biased to the SASUKE Quiz Bowl finals going to double overtime or James McGrath being the first Proto SASUKE champion. That or our epic Monster9 Jeopardy games

I think to me my favorite moment thus far was watching Proto SASUKE 12 with the ones there. Everyone there kept tugging my heartstrings in the only way how... giving WAY too many mulligens to Shingo Yamamoto! XD Anyways yeah that was the best.

Best moments:
jfeathe winning Sasuke 24 Guessing Game
jfeathe getting runner-up in Sasuke 28 Guessing Game
jfeathe winning Big Brother 2
In all honesty, my favorite SMF moment was watching Sasuke 23 live. It was my first live broadcast and it was such a cool experience to watch the show that I fell in love with in its original, live format.

I have to agree with jfeathe here, but it isn't my favorite and it was Sasuke 28, because it was my first live broadcast. It was amazing, the adrenaline you somehow kick up when it starts and you feel like you will never be tired(yet right after it's over you go into sleep mode for about 12 hours) and the excitement and thrill of knowing you are watching this at the same time as everyone else is in Japan.

It's like me and watching SASUKE 30 live! Yeah I got tired after the show was over too but during it I was awake and loving it!

Back when Sim Sasuke was relevant, one of the trials was guessing the final 10 to run in Sasuke 30 (not the real sasuke 30, the sim sasuke one) and someone put 2995 down as "random man", ah yes, random man is my favorite sasuke competitor, wtf g4 for thinking his name was "guy random" though... (That's right, I'm making a new joke to something years outdated)

I was thinking about some things in chat, but that could easily be seen as one of the darker periods of the forum's history
