Feel free to talk about what you like and don't like about this year's competitors here.

I love it +9000% BECAUSE, we FINALLY get to see Shunsuke, Masaaki Kobayashi, and many others who didn't compete last time, AGAIN! I STILL love it even if there's NO Mr. Octopus OR Mr. Sasuke!

I personally really like it. My only problem is only 3 All-Stars, but other than that it's the best since Sasuke 17 probably.

I'm super stoked. I really don't care about the results honestly. I am just happy we see familiar faces in the lineup again.

Yea it's awesome that Nagasaki, Washimi, Okuyama, and Kongu are back. Should be a fun tournament to watch. I'd still like to see Bunpei though lol

It's a great mix of competitors IMO. The only two issues that I have is Kuramochi's absence and the lack of any foreigners other than Li.

I just hope some of the returning competitors (Washimi, Kongu, Kobayashi) don't get digested. That would be a crying shame. Anyway, looks like a great field and should be fun if some of these guys can get past the first stage, it would we such a trip to see Nagasaki back in the later stages of Sasuke.

I'm perfectly happy with the line up. I'm very glad to see Okuyama and Kong back. I'm also excited to see Nagasaki back after a long long time, and now that he's no longer a kid, he should be able to perform even better. Naturally the return of the three all-stars is awesome. I'm actually glad Yamada isn't in it, because that man needs to move on after a decade of heartbreaking first stage failures.
I'm relieved to see no foreigners other than Li, because my students are having a hard time buying that I wasn't allowed to attend due to a foreigner ban this time around, so no foreigners on the list prevents me from looking like a liar haha. I don't like the fact that there is an elementary school teacher though due to the fact they're trying to do 100 people 100 different jobs so that throttles my chances next time, but I do have the distinction of being an Elementary school English teacher =P

Imagine what would happen if Nagasaki failed the rolling escargot or something like that. Pretty sure he wont though. I am glad about people like Okuyama and Kongu are back.

The line up looks freaking amazing! I'm mainly happy to see Takeda still competing.

So happy! Most looking forward to Shunsuke...he had so much potential and even now is only 26. Extremely pleased that most of the All Stars and veterans are in too.
