Has anyone been watching, or keeping up?
It's one of the few times when I'm interested in the sport, and more so the Women's team than the Men's team.
The US just defeated France 3-1 to move on to the Finals. In half an hour, Japan will be playing against Sweden. With everything that's happened in Japan this year, I'm hoping Japan makes it to the Finals.

LOL agreed. Generally when I watch Saccor, I get bored out of my f***ing mind, but for once, I actually enjoy succar. Soccar is awesome now all of a sudden, very weird, but go USA, lets show that Americans can play soccar JUST LIKE the rest of them! WOOT!

I walked into the break room at work, and noticed it was on. Didn't even know FIFA had a Women's World Cup, but it makes sense.
I won't be watching it, seeing as how I just don't watch TV all that much anymore. Otherwise, I probably would watch it, considering I like Soccer more than Football.

65 minutes into the game, and Japan is now up 3-1. Yea, Japan just scored two goals lol. Looks like we're getting a USA v. Japan match up. Can't complain about that

My sister and I were watching the France-USA match. When my sister said that now she wanted to play soccer, my dad looked at her as though she was nuts. It was hilarious.
Anyway, glad to see the US in the final, looks like they'll play Japan.

I got caught up in it here in Germany. Everyone here was talking about it and I hadn't seen many games before coming. It's great, generally for a game we all get together at a bar here and watch the games. For the last few, the crowd has definitely been pro-USA.
The game against Brazil was an absolute classic and I cannot wait for the final this weekend.

Both USA and Japan deserve it. During USA-Brazil, so many terrible calls, red card, being down a player for half the game, and coming back to win it anyway. Japan staying strong and united after the earthquake and defeating Germany (2-time World Cup Champions 2003 and 2007).

I'm confused, I thought the world cup was a once every four years thing?

One day we'll live in a world where americans love football just as much as the rest of the world. One day...One fine day. Well I'm f**king done with the NFL and it's players... but it's more of a sports thing, I'm sort of over sports in general... I don't see the reason for cheering for someone who I don't know... why invest my time, and money into a person that doesn't even know my name or care to, and to an orginazation and players that seem like greedy a*****es that put money before everything else. With that said, for whatever reason I really would like to see the American Women's win. For me, the only way I can cheer for something, is when it's a world stage, as opposed to just America. I'm not saying Soccer doesn't have it's fair share of bulls**t, but I can get into it more when the whole world is watching, not just Americans. I'll be watching USA beat the a**es out of Germany.

I'm debating with myself here...do I tell you what's wrong with that post, or do I let you find out on your own? I mean, the answer is in the topic.

I'll be watching USA beat the a**es out of Germany. I think this is what he is pointing out I'm trying to see if I can go, it is a two hour train ride to Frankfurt from where I'm at and tickets may be expensive so we'll see. If not, I'll watch it in the center of town with everyone else ;D

I watched no soccer except for the last half of the Brazil/USA game. The one time I watch soccer ever and it is the MOST AMAZING MATCH EVER.
