Thanks to a very helpful and reliable source found here:

We are able to dissect and see how well the competitors did at Sasuke 21. We can also use this to show how well certain obstacles did in stopping people.
Out of the 101 people that competed that day, we know the results of 72 of them. Thus, the result of 29 of the competitors remains unknown.
Now, let’s breakdown how well each obstacle did, the figures will be out of the people known. This way, you’ll be able to roughly see how many people failed each obstacle that day.
NOTE: For certain obstacles, I’ll be comparing the Sasuke 21 versions with the versions from the other Shin-Sasuke tournaments. I’m using the TBS broadcast and Ube’s blog (for Sasuke 18) to determine my statistics. Since Sasuke 19 was only 2 hours long, not many people were shown. Compare that to Sasuke 20 where the first stage was roughly 3 hours long, thus many more people were shown, so the results are a little unbalanced.
Sextuple Steps (Rokudantobi )
Out of the 72 people that attempted it, 8 people failed there. The earliest failure was #13 Louis Yamada the 53rd and the latest failure was #78 Kiritori Seijiro. Therefore, 88.89% of people that attempted this obstacle passed it. The earliest person to reach this obstacle was #1 Matsuno Masahiro.
Log Grip
Out of the 64 people that attempted it, 12 people failed there. The earliest failure was #1 Matsuno Masahiro and the latest failure was #84 Yamamoto Hiroshi. Therefore, 81.25% of people that attempted this obstacle passed it. The earliest person to reach this obstacle was #1 Matsuno Masahiro.
Pole Maze
Out of the 52 people that attempted it, 5 people failed there. The earliest failure was #1 Matsuno Masahiro and the latest failure was #33 Onoue Aya. Therefore, 90.38% of people that attempted this obstacle passed it. The earliest person to reach this obstacle was #2 Passion Yara.
Jumping Spider
Out of the 47 people that attempted it, 15 people failed there. The earliest failure was #2 Passion Yara and the latest failure was #94 Wakky. Therefore, 68.09% of people that attempted this obstacle passed it. The earliest person to reach this obstacle was #2 Passion Yara.
1st person to beat it in each tournament; number of known people to have failed there:
Sasuke 18 - #45 Yamashita Shinji; 7
Sasuke 19 - #43 Minami Yoshihiro; 17
Sasuke 20 - #1901 Akiyama Kazuhiko; 22
Sasuke 21 - #26 Kamei Norihito; 15
Halfpipe Attack
Out of the 32 people that attempted it, 7 people failed there. Therefore, 78.13% of people that attempted this obstacle, passed it. The earliest failure was #26 Kamei Norihito and the latest failure was #92 Henry Cejudo. The earliest person to reach this obstacle was #26 Kamei Norihito.
Number of people known to have failed here:
Sasuke 19: 5
Sasuke 20: 17
Sasuke 21: 7
Warped Wall (Soritatsu Kabe)
Out of the 25 people to attempt it, 5 people failed there. Therefore, 80.00% of people that attempted this obstacle, passed it. The earliest failure was #42 Hashimoto Koji and the latest failure was #96 Yamada Katsumi. The earliest person to reach this obstacle was #30 Ishimaru Kenjiro.
Flying Chute
Out of the 20 people to attempt it, 9 people failed there. Therefore 55% of people that attempted this obstacle, passed it. The earliest failure was #30 Ishimaru Kenjiro and the latest failure was #93 Iketani Naoki. The earliest person to reach this obstacle was #30 Ishimaru Kenjiro.
Number of people known to beat it:
Sasuke 18: 9
Sasuke 19: 4
Sasuke 20: 7
Sasuke 21: 11
Tarzan Rope/Rope Ladder
Out of the 11 people to attempt it, 2 people failed there. Therefore, 81.82% of people that attempted this obstacle, passed it. The earliest failure was #56 Haryu Norio and the latest failure was #82 Masakatsu Izuma. The earliest person to reach this obstacle was #49 Lee Yen Chi.
So by comparison, the Jumping Spider took out the most competitors, followed by the Log Grip and then the Flying Chute. It should also be noted that the Warped Wall, an obstacle that has taken out pretty much everybody at least once, took out as many people as the Pole Maze.
It's interesting to note that the Halfpipe Attack took out much less people this time, making Sasuke 20 an anomaly. This further strengthens my argument that something was changed between Sasuke 19 and 20 and then changed again for 21.
Also on average, roughly 1 out of every 4 people made it to the Warped Wall, while 1 out of every 5 people made it to the Flying Chute.
