What do you think were the one of two obstacles that most competitors had trouble with (or failed) in the first stage of Sasuke 21. I think that the "Ninja Killers" have changed every tournament since the course redesign. Imo, here they are: Sasuke 18 - Rope Glider/Jumping Spider Sasuke 19 - Jumping Spider/Flying Chute Sasuke 20 - Log Grip/Halfpipe Attack Sasuke 21 - Warped Wall/Flying Chute

It actually seemed like the pole maze took out quite a few this time around...
I'd have to give it to the warped wall and flying chute though. more competitors made it far this time, but those 2 obstacles kept them from making it to the end.
It's interesting... so many people got SOO close.
2 that we know of timed out of the rope climb, and multiple people who had enough time ended up losing on the flying chute
(Shingo, Iketani, muscle musical guy, Uuji from Bug in Mik, Sasuke trials guyi)
Not to mention most of the sasuke trials ended up losing ont he warped wall...
We could've had up to 20 in stage 2.

If I were G4 or Dave Wittenberg, I'd consider two Ninja Killers (one per ep, obviously): the Flying Chute and Warped Wall.
I'm going to make a projected Warrior Wipeout thread as well.

I gotta go with the others on the Ninja Killers being the Flying Chute and Warped Wall. I still think in a way that the Half Pipe Attack did some pretty good damage as well, but at least not to the extent of the other 2.

Uhh... yeah, let's look at the numbers. (If your numbers don't match mine, lemme know, as the correct numbers are the useful ones.)
31 people passed the Jumping Spider.
24 out of those 31 people passed the Halfpipe Attack, so 22.6% of those that reached it failed it.
19 out of those 24 people passed the Warped Wall, so 20.8% of those that reached it failed it.
11 out of those 19 people passed the Flying Chute, so 42.1% of those that reached it failed it.
9 out of those 11 people passed the Final Climb, so 18.2% of those that reached it failed it. (Okay, they just barely timed out on stage one at this point, but still, they "failed" the Final Climb.)
The only obstacle that more than one person who made it to Stage Two failed was the Salmon Ladder, and 4 of the 8 people who reached it failed it, so 50%.
The Flying Chute and Salmon Ladder seem like obvious choices... and I know obvious. That said, they aren't necessarily the best choices. We really don't know all the numbers for the Log Grip and Jumping Spider.

忍者殺しサスケ21 (Hopefully that says what I wanted it to say) I would think would be the old standards the Jumping Spider and Halfpipe Attack, but the Warped Wall seemed evil this tournament and the Flying Chute took out alot of the later competitors.

Well, looks like we were mostly wrong. The Log Grip was the killer of Stage 1, but I think I agree with the Salmon Ladder as the Stage 2 killer. They made it tougher, that's for sure.
