I'm seriously tempted to buy this book, even though I understand absolutely nothing about Japanese, it would still be a historical relic. I hope so much that shipping in Italy is available.

Unfortunately it's avalaible only in Japan 😒. I hope they translate it in English but I think it's a too utopian thing.

I have some hope for it, even though I don't live in Japan. Hopefully someone can translate it into English so that SASUKEPEDIA knows. We'll see if someone who cleared Stage One once from 1-4 is actually there. Or how inaccurate the entire lists of SASUKEPEDIA are. Will edit. Thanks.

So,we will also know what is the freaking 2934 in SASUKE 30,right? I think we established a while ago that that was Yamada who failed the Ni Ren Soritatsu Kabe, he just got cut afterwards because he had an argument with Inui or summat. Either that or someone's pulled off the greatest lie in history.

It wasn't mentioned by Ube, but if you live outside Japan (or even if you do!), you can also order it through Amazon. For both, they're at the preorder phase rn, but if you preorder through Amazon apparently you can get a random Sasuke trading card. If you order through TBS, you just get...stickers of their new character, I guess.

If this is the SASUKE World Cup, then what would the "SASUKE Olympics" be?

Wow, every result from the past 40 tournaments? Well, guess it's a good time for someone in Japan who owns the book to record [and hopefully translate properly] all those cut runs on the internet somewhere that we definitely didn't know about at all in the past lol. That would be cool to see, even though that may be a lot of work.

Didn't see this one coming. I'm curious regards to result for (almost) EVERY competitors. I have a feeling that they would not include Drew (for obvious reasons), injured competitors (especially for Rope Glider fiasco with SASUKE 18), or anyone who got in trouble. Not sure if Yamada's SASUKE 30 run is going to be mentioned at all.

Thanks! Just preordered the Amazon Limited Edition version. Total cost was $30 ($11 + $19 standard shipping). With the way the shipping cost works (at least for the US), you would get a better deal if you bought more than one. The total cost only increases by $15 for each additional book.

I have no idea how to pay for it, there are all methods I don't know and I don't have the faintest idea how they work

I’m glad they finally got to it. 😂😂😂 IIRC, didn't you have plan to release a book a while ago? I'm curious how that would have turned out in comparison; granted, this is an OFFICIAL book by TBS so it's not fair comparison. It's nice that there's a retrospective material for SASUKE in some form. ....anyone remembers "Finding Midoriyama" documentary, that supposed to cover first 30 tournaments (I think)? I guess we forget ever that existed, eh?

God I'm just hoping they'll include clear times, that's all I need! I've been documenting these for so long, it'd make things so much better.

Some people on the Japanese side have expressed that they are worried that publishing data online will affect book sales and possibly any future editions. SASUKEpedia is built for a slightly different audience and since the book is almost definitely never being done in English (why would it be?) it probably won't be a concern - there is a cultural difference in that many Japanese fans of things look at official releases as THE source and don't mind filling out the edges while not lifting info wholesale whereas outside of the country where data is somewhat limited people are more caviler about it.
