So how did he get Waterfall out of Maruta? And if thats what he thinks it is why didn't he edit it to "Rolling Waterfall"

The kanji for SASUKE 1 is different from SASUKE 2:
In SASUKE 1 it is 滝登り (Taki Nobori) and 滝下り (Taki Kudari) for obstacles 1 and 3 respectively. From SASUKE 2 they changed to 丸太登り and 丸太下り. 滝 (taki) does mean waterfall.
So for SASUKE 1 it's not wrong but everything after that since the kanji is different it would presume that the wording would be different.
