Today, at about 1:30 PM PST, Michael Jackson (50) was taken to a hospital. He was suffering from cardiac arrest. (Basically, your blood stops circulating due to heart failure)
During the ambulance ride to the hospital, Michael Jackson did not breathe, nor responded when given a CPR
TMZ 'assumed' Michael Jackson's death because he wasn't breathing. Other sources, at the time, like LA Times, reported that Michael Jackson was in a coma.
Shortly after, media reports stated that Michael Jackson has passed away, confirmed by LA Times, AP, Reuters etc.
Independent sources, such as CNN, however, is still looking for a proof/evidence of his death.
Rest in Peace.

He was training for his last set of concerts. Lou Faragno (spelling) had just been hired to help condition him. He'd just selected his dancers and stuff. MichaelJacksonLive.com

Wow. I just can't believe this. This totally came out of nowhere. First Ed McMahon, then Farrah Fawcett, now Michael Jackson? What the hell is going on here.... RIP to all of them.

...... I've got nothing. I can't say anything that hasn't already been said better around the world.
The timing of this death was astounding to me. First of all, and I knew this all along, he was planning a comeback tour, a huge series of concerts in London.
Second, I became a fan of his only 2 months ago, but it seems like no time has passed and I JUST became a fan of his shortly before he died. I'm so grateful to have watched and heard his content so much before this ever happened. I became a fan at such a weird time.
Michael's death stiffened me and made me take a walk outside, something I rarely do. That's why I didn't get here first to post this thread, and as I said, I've got nothing.

Crazy how they come in 3's.. I feel sad for Michael. He's had one crappy life personally. I knew he was sick but didn't realize the severity. So young to die like that. R.I.P. Farrah and Ed as well. Sucks getting older.. the people I grew up with are dying off

Crazy how they come in 3's.. I was just going to post that exact thing. I feel so sad for all three (Ed, Farrah, and Michael). The world just lost three extremely talented and wonderful performers in such a short time...seriously so sad and tragic.

Celebs die in 3's. It's a universal law. RIP Farrah and Ed. Never was much of a MJ fan, but at least he gave Weird Al lots of material to work with.

This came as a shock to me as well. It truly is sad that such a talented performer passed away around the same time as Farrah Fawcett and Ed McMahon. I'll always remember trying to sing some of his songs to my friends to annoy them haha. Even though he lived an odd life, he will still be missed. RIP.

I just saw some snotty little b***h on the O'reily Factor talking about how Michael Jackson was a child molester and a freak. She actually said he was a freak.
F*** you, lady. Go to Hell. Yeah, he was a freak. But you know what? He's dead now and he's STILL more famous than you'll EVER be. Show some damn respect.
I hope I can meet her one day and slam her perfect, expressionless face into the pavement.

This astounded me
I feel so sorry for that girl and both of the other kids as well, it's clear that the whole family is reeling (minus Joe Jackson) even though its almost been two weeks it's still such a surreal event.
BTW,People that still make fun of him (or now side with him but made fun of him when he was alive) STFU and show some respect for god's sake someone like that deserves some praise not bashing. (This isn't directed to anyone in this thread)
