It doesn't matter. The 7th espada just has to look at them and he has full control.
No one knows about the 2nd espadas power so superman might go in for a punch and even if he kills him supes will die aswell because he'll almost isntantly turn into a skeleton.
And then the number 8 one just makes it rain this purple liquid stuff and if it touches you it creates and exact clone. Though, it dies in 1 hit everytime it dies it multiples.
And then of course the other espada are just fast and have giant explosions.
Hawk Girl would die instaly.
Batman would die instantly.
Wonder Woman would die rather fast.
Green Lantern would die fast.
So only supes and the martian would even survive the beggining, and they'll get their minds taken over by #7.
Infact, #2 could just run and get close to any member of the justice league and kill them. Since he's incredibly fast getting close to them wouldn't be hard.
The fight isn't fair because the espada have cheap powers. The only reason they lost in the show was because the characters fighting them have a plot shield. They were all perfectly fit to fight the espada and they knew what their powers were.

They were all perfectly fit to fight the espada and they knew what their powers were. Supes might use his heat vision and super breath to subdue at least a few of the espada but Barragan would get him. Don't forget about Szayel's ability to make voodoo dolls out of his opponents and kill them by crushing their organs. Zommari I think would be able to take control of Supes and Manhunter and could've done the same to Byakuya if he went for his head instead of Rukia. Hawkgirl's has a mace made of Nth metal and is resistant to magic but since none of the espada use magic she would die. Batman being Batman might be able to dodge a few cero and bala blasts and maybe even use a few batarangs to destroy Szayel's clones but eventually he would get overpowered and die. If Wonder Woman were to be able to use her lasso on one of the espada she might get a hit or two but if its againist Barragan then it's useless, she'll die as well. I don't if Green Lantern's rings would be strong enough to break through their hierro. I don't know what else he could do. And then there's Flash who might be able to outrun them and evade Barragan's respira but there is no way he could get close enough to hit him as he would die if he did. Even if he used speed force? I guess Barragan would take a majority of the league down and rest is just dirty work for the espada Now what if it was their evil counterparts the Justice Lords againist the Espada? They basically have the same abilities but use them in more brutal ways.

Man, I hate characters with God-like powers like that. It's so lame. >.> I do to, but then again Superman is pretty freakin cheap aswell. Bleach has stupid characters with cheap powers like that, and the reasons they die is because they fight oponents who have perfect counters to their techniques or they win because of stupid reasons. Oh I'm a super strong bad guy, since I'm so awesome I won't kill you hahahahaha *get's stabbed* oops....

Almost every character in comic books and anime have godlike powers. No, that's far from true. Most anime's don't have godlike powers, but some shonen take it too far. I'm talking Saint Seiya, Bleach, Jo Jo's Bizzare Adventure, Fist of the North Star, and Gurren Lagann. Most of those are really good shows, but some of the power-scales are so incredibly ridiculous. So no, MOST don't have godlike powers. SOME have godlike powers. I can name way way way way waaaaay more that don't than do. Usually if it has godlike powers, it's a fighting manga, and even then most don't have powers that are insanely strong. Naruto is a fighting manga, but it's power-scale is nowhere near godly. The strongest character can blow up mountains, that's it. And comparing that to shows like Sain seiya where the characters literally are gods (as they refer to them as gods in the show) it's pretty weak. Just sayin' Having Godlike powers doesn't make a show bad, but you have to draw a line somewhere, and even then it should atleast flow with the rest of the show. Bleach fails horribly because the characters arn't even that strong, but at the same time you have those weak characters fighting people with godlike powers. So that's like having a comic of Batman, and in one part of it he encounters Goku. Batman is cool and all but he's no match for Goku, so why match him up against Goku? Who knows, that's how Bleach works. And then even more absurd, is they have the weaker charcter in this case batman, actually kill the stronger character. Batman killing Goku? Probably not gona happen, that's why Bleach sucks. and this post is a lot longer than I planned on it being.

Maybe if he could kill Goku.......if he had enough prep time He he he I love overpowered characters, that's the reason I like Bleach and DBZ. Would this pointless matchup be even if I gave DCAU JLA prep time on the Espada?

prep time doesn't mean they have knowledge on their abilities.
Without that, they're pretty much screwed.
And Bleach is different, because you have 1 weak character killing a godlike character.
But in DBZ atleast the matchups are won by strong people for the most part. Goku killed Frieza and they were pretty evenly matched.
But in Bleach it's like... weak guy kills strong guy because of plot shield.

it's been a while since I've read or watched Bleach but I don't seem to remember any instances where weak guy killed a strong guy, unless you mean fights between Ichigo and Kenpachi?, or Byakuya vs Zommari?, maybe Mayuri vs Szayel?
Do you count the fights in fillers as well?

Goku didn't kill Frieza. Trunks did.

DBZ certainly isn't blameless on that front either. You have Kaio Ken, which is a heap of bulls**t right there, the whole all-too-convenient 'Saiyans get stronger after each defeat' thing, the 'let's have Piccolo fuse with some random Namek with no plot significance whatsoever to make him 10x more powerful without having to come up with a reasonable explanation' thing, and basically a whole bunch of deus ex machina crap that gets pulled all the time. And this was before it got ridiculously stupid (Buu saga... maybe even Cell saga, can't remember too well).
It's just Shonen, really. It's more about atmosphere than intricate plotlines anyway.

The Kaio Ken was great until he started going x 100+ and it still didn't make a difference.
I pretty much agree with you on everything else.
And it's the Android/Cell saga that started the suck. Goku and Frieza both should have died on Namek when it exploded and all should have ended.

Just blame it all on executive meddling, I don't think it was Toriyama's fault for going past the Frieza arc. Something about this matchup I would like to say is that, I realize I might be a little biased beacause, I pit the Espada vs the DCAU JLA instead of the comics, beacause if it was comics I know the other side would get pwned easily. Just like any other matchup I search for. So instead I use the animated version of JLA to give the Espada an advantage but I don't think that's making it better. Oh well.........

I think DBZ would've been perfect had it ended on Namek.
Cell saga wasn't BAD but it had a lot of BS.
1. Time travel 2. Hyperbolic Time Chamber (WOULD'VE BEEN USEFUL AGAISNT THE SAIYAN HURDUR) 3. TOO MANY SUPER SAIYANS 4. Goku dying by... a virus...? LAME
And the entire buu saga made almost no sense.
Ending it at frieza and having Goku die along with frieza would've been the PERFECT ending. It also would've prevented Vegeta from becoming such a wuss near the end of the series.
Not only that, but Frieza was basically the core of DBZ. He's the reason all of the saiyans died, he was supposed to be the main villian all along, from the start.
After he was gone it was just random powerful enemies popping out of nowhere I mean... the androids were technically already on earth when Vegeta first came, if they were released then everyone would've gotten OWNED.
So yeah.

Obviously, I love DBZ but still it went way downhill after Frieza.
