Incredibly disappointed in their insistence on repeating everything. Poor quality that they're still using that this year.

Incredibly disappointed in their insistence on repeating everything. Poor quality that they're still using that this year. We got a whole new obstacle in the 4th slot. And technically the 2nd & 3rd is new, just repeated for this season now twice. And likely the 5th obstacle is new too. I'd say we might even be too spoiled after ep one of pretty much an entire set of new obstacles.

Sure, it may save money but it appears to me as lazy. I care more about each episode of season 13 having unique obstacles than the number of all-new obstacles added. I miss their season 11 (and prior) philosophy. Hopefully next year is different regions again anyway!

Youre not taking into account that the entire qualify course is in the same location and they're still having to do covid restrictions when this was planned / recorded. Anyways, new obstacles tonight were good!

I'd rather they repeat some obstacles and have higher quality then try and have 4 obstacle different each course and end up with less creative generic obstacles. {Spoiler}Walker who won ANWJR twice is on track to be the GOAT of ANW he has currently a perfect record never failed an obstacle or lost a race and got up the mega wall. I'm exited to see what he can do this whole season. My prediction is Last Man Standing. This course was clearly easier than weeks 1 and 2 but still a great episode. {Spoiler}Currently every Male JR has qualified and every one of them cleared the course this week.
Only 2 of the Female JRs have failed to qualify.
The Revolution continues

Anyways, new obstacles tonight were good! No, I do realize that. I'm not sure whose call it was (possibly the network's), but I think deciding to film them all in one place was the wrong idea. This is one of those cases where Covid (which is no real threat at this point in time) is being used as an "excuse" of sorts to put in less effort. If I was in charge they'd still be travelling this year. Agreed on the obstacles! Interesting to see another sort of themed one, in a similar vein to the Coconut Climb.

ANW13 planning began around Nov and filming started right when the effects of the vax started. Its no excuse, we were still at the height of the pandemic when things were being finalized for this season.

Vance walker is the goat of ninja juniors I imagine he'll be someone we really need to keep an eye on. I'll be shocked if he doesn't make it to stage 2 or 3 in the finals.

It's funny that we've gotten a new "youngest ever to finish" three weeks in a row now.

Honestly, the episode was pretty horrid - I don't think I need to say any more. I like Pretzel Twist, I like Air Surfer, I like Austin Hair, I like the two Mega Wall clears, but fast forwarding EVERY SINGLE VETERAN... That to me is ridiculous.
