Decided to check in after a while and now Sato is hurt, and out of all the things he injures, it's his heel.
Im honestly hoping he's still as explosive as he was since it effects the ability to explode, and I think we're all aware how much influence Sato's parkour has when he runs the first and to some degree the second stage. So hopefully he still runs the course like nothing happened to him.
Regarding best at stage 1, before what happened to him, it was either Sato or Drew, and it really felt like it was an automatic guarantee that they would clear,(Funny thing considering Drew tore his ACL, which also has its rep of zapping explosivness but he would quickly debunk that during his time) Takeda always felt like a 2nd stage specialist to me. Still a shame he was screwed last tournament.

IMO Sato's young and I think as long as it heals up adequately before 39, he still has a good shot. Given Kanno though (or worse Asa or Shinya), I am worried. It would be a shame to see Sato go down when he's slowly adapting to the Cliffhanger.
