Megaman sounds way more badass than Rockman.

The only thing that makes me like the name Rockman is that when we use Megaman, it doesn't go with Roll.

Another series I enjoyed is Oh My Goddess!, although I haven't seen too much of it. Also, this one D&D like anime series I can't recall the name to. It had a 13 part story to it, then came out as a series and pretty much pissed me off by ignoring the past and redoing story arcs within the very first episode none the less.

Oh, by the way, I finished Bebop. Probably the best ending in an anime ever. I'm speaking of the last 6-7 minutes here (excluding credits).
Series as a whole wasn't THAT good, but the episodes that actually mattered were very enjoyable. I just thought there were too many episodes that had nothing to do with the story. I mean, some of them were good, and a lot of them were paryoding movies and such. But there were just a bit too many. like 3-4 of the could've been replaced for episodes that had something to do with the actual story.
Still a good watch though.
Now I'm off to watch Gurren Lagann, hoo boy.

Yeah, I don't think Cowboy Bebop is a total, amazing, over-the-top perfect anime, but it definitely has a lot of good moments. I don't understand how everyone died in that episode with the blob monster on board. Does that episode just not count?
s-CRY-ed was good, in my opinion. It, too, had a few useless episodes. My only problems with it is that sometimes the dialogue is amazing and moving and other times it's embarrassing to listen to, literally. Also, the animation changes like eight times. The first, 13th and last (26th) episodes had beautiful animation, where as some, like 24, had bad animation.

I think it counted, but, since the series was episodic in nature, they just never talked about it again. I think the poison wasn't lethal, so they didn't actually die, but it was probably along the lines of Bee or Wasp venom. Something that hurts like Hell, but once it works its way through your system, you recover from it.

I've always consider that, talledega, but Jet, Fay and Ein were all examined by Spike. I just always ASSUMED he would be able to tell the difference between a dead thing and a living thing.
I dunno. Maybe it's his fake eye throwin' him off.

s-CRY-ed was good. . . had a few useless episodes. Namely all of them. You can cite either this show or Gundam Seed (whichever came first) as the point where Sunrise stopped caring about Quality Control and started turning out dreck. And just to get this ever-so-slightly on topic. Oh, Conrad. Ever the SpellCheck Police

Don't insult my anime. I liked it. A lot of people did. It actually ended, unlike 90% of the crap on T.V. these days. Just accept those points and shhh.
I think Gundam Seed came first.
Why did you even post? Your post didn't add anything to the topic. It only insulted two animes and Rider.

Gundam Seed is pretty bad though. Rider: I generally don't watch dubs, as they're harder to find and don't sound that great. Though, sometimes, like with DBZ I liked the dub better. Well, you can probably attribute that to Chris Sabat since he does like 50 voices in that show.

The voices in DBZ were pretty good, now that you mention it.

Best random VA fact ever: Chis Sabat is a classically-trained opera singer. It actually ended, unlike 90% of the crap on T.V. these days. That doesn't necessarily make something good. Why did you even post? Your post didn't add anything to the topic. Did you even look at the original post? Or where this thread is located?

Never said it did, but it is better, in my opinion, than running a series into the ground. See "Disney" for more information on this.
Yep and yep.
Did you even read the rules? Your post above sounded like it had hostility toward Rider.

Your post above sounded like it had hostility toward Rider. Yay for hostels! Oh wait.... I'd have to say that DBZ is a rare case of my actually liking the dubbing over the subbing. I don't remember which series it was, but my friend brought this one anime over. And I totally ruined it for him as everytime I heard one of the characters speak I'd go "Hey, that's Brock's voice. Hey, that's Officer Jenny's voice. And now Professor Oak!" He never watched it again. And Disney never ran anything into the ground. That was all Michael Eisner's doing. Just to clarify ;D

Disney runs everything into the ground these days. They're not Walt Disney's Disney anymore. That man was a super obsessed freak. Everything he and his team produced was art. Now, they crank out whatever they can. If it's popular, they make sequels. They keep doing this until the franchise is dead. They milk it for all its worth. It's not art to them; it's a way to make money.
The guys who came up with and made the original Toy Story, Pixar, is how Disney USED to be. Pixar doesn't do sequels. Everything Pixar makes is a masterpiece. Art. They make it, enjoy it, then it's done. They move onto another project. They don't ruin anything they create with stupid sequels just because there's a few more million dollars to make.
Back in the day, Pixar and Disney were partners. Disney, being the greedy corporation they are, constantly pushed for Pixar to make sequels to their movies. Pixar refused and threatened to break away from Disney, or something like that, which scared Disney because Pixar was a massive contributor to their wealth. Without the insane movie revenue Pixar generated, Disney could have possibly gone bankrupt.
Then, one day, Disney ate Pixar. Now Disney has the rights to make anything they want. They can make sequels, toys, blankets, TV shows, straight-to-video movies...
Pixar is still fighting for their masterpieces' souls, but they're losing. Disney demanded Toy Story 3 and Cars 2, neither of which Pixar is very willing to make. So, Disney's making it themselves.
You can sort of see this transition in Toy Story and Toy Story 2. Disney did most of the work for 2, hence its... how should I put this... suck.

Man, I went to an anime convention in KC last year. And I hung out with Chris Sabat.
I got him to call my mom and do the Vegeta voice. It was pretty funny, I should've recorded it.
And we sort of ate lunch together. He's a real funny guy, especially when he's with Sonny Strait (Krillin's VA).
