Will he compete next season ? take a season off to give others a chance ?
I do think if someone wins the million, they shouldn't be allowed to compete again for 2 seasons if they are under 30 years of age, or 1 season if they are over 30 years of age
Then if someone gets the million the next season(s), when they return, it will be a big deal and would make for great TV
Drew is one of my favourites, but even i do not want to see him win again next season

I'm pretty confident he's coming back, almost every Sasuke/ANW champion has come back after the tournament/season they won.
And they definitely should NOT temporarily ban someone from competing just because they won. That would be extremely disrespectful to their accomplishment of hitting that final stage buzzer, basically telling them that "Yeah we're happy that you won, but you can't compete this year (or the next) because we don't want you winning again."

It'd suck and be counterintuitive to the Ninja, the show and the spirit of Sasuke to make the winner take a year(s) off. Just make next season a lot harder (please, it really needs to be harder!) and Drew won't be winning anyway!

Ninja is Drew's life. Barring injury, I can't see him not competing.

He said on his ANW Podcast episode on ANW Nation that people would say and ask him that stuff but he said he's still competing. There's no rule against winners not being able to compete again and he wants to go back to back on wins. Safe to say as long as there's no injury, Drew is coming back.
