Hi guys, I've recently decided that I should really be able to do a kip-Up (you know the move where you start on your back and kind of kip up to your feet?), and it's been admittedly frustrating. I'm better at Ninja than, like, gymnastics stuff, but it still seems I'm making hard work of it. Any advice on how to improve my form? Thank you
