g4tv.com/ninjawarrior/game.aspxWell here's the game G4 made. I don't know if everyone's played it before. But yeah, it's been out for a while, it's alright I thought because it seemed to have creativity into how the obstacles could be handled on a keyboard and mouse. It felt kinda like running the course, and then I kept playing.. Every time I get booed off the course and start over, I get to the rolling log after the steps, and I kept, screwing it up. I still fall here regularly. Now I think it's safe to say that this would be easier to do in real life. Most of every obstacle in the game is like that. Now this wouldn't be so frustrating if it weren't for one minor reoccurring notion. You fall in the water, and you get booooed off the course. ..why's this need to happen, so often? Not even the most basic part of what makes sasuke good is here. It's just a minor detail that makes the spirit of every tournament a joy to be a part of, the cheering. Cheering with all the "oooooh" and "aaaaaahhh"s are always there. If you fall in the water in Sasuke the people scream for you in a friendly way, do I have to explain this any further? and what does this game do? It looks like people who don't watch the show added what they thought the audience would do if you slipped up. and the graphics... are that of Code Monkeys. I s**t you not your character is replicated from those 8 bit middle school potty mouths. Hell of a combination there, G4, kudos.... What do I like about the game? Nothing, except that playing the 2nd and 3rd stages sounds kind of cool. But, what do you do to get there? You gotta sign up at g4tv.com to be able to get there, but I haven't, so f**k that. Do I sound angry? Well if I was I'm not anymore because typing something this long takes a lot of patience, I can't type when I'm angry.

To be fair I completed the whole thing without losing more than 10 times, and most of those were because of glitches when the game first came out.
It's not very hard, except for 1 or two obstacles.
But I agree, I hate the booing.

Personally, I think Stage 1 is the most interesting as it is the most "realistic" to the real thing and some of the ways to complete the obstacles are clever. I won't spoil too much for you, but Stage 3 sucks, and is very repetitive. Plus, it looks like whoever coded it has never watched the show.
Overall, the game is decent for a few minutes of mindless fun, not much else.

Most of G4's Ninja Warrior-related things makes them look like they've never seen Sasuke. There's a pattern! Luckily, they got Santa Monica right.
I was working on a game, then I forgot about it. Now it's outdated because I have the Pole Maze in it, which is gone, now.
I want to restart it, but I'm not sure how I want each obstacle to work...

It be cool if they updated it like once a month with a new course or something, but they don't . I mean its better than nothing, but I don't really care for it. Stage 1 is realistic, Stage 2 is kinda off, Stage 3 is just......no......... if you make it there you will be shooting yourself for the way all the obstacles are made there.

I'd have beaten Stage 3 by now if the Devils Swing had a pattern. Stage 2 I beat on my second try, Would have beaten it first time but some stupid glitch dropped me off the Brick Climb and I timed out just when I put down the third wall. Stage 1 is Glitch City that I'm not sure if I can say the word to describe it in the forums.. But it rhymes with "Bluster Duck". If you take off where it doesn't run so you can't jump and falling through the ground. I always failed the Rolling Log, then I first got it and failed the Jump Hang, after a few more rolling log fails and a few more jump hang fails I beat it, Then I figured out that they programed the Soritatsu Kabe horribly but I finally beat it, then the rope just randomly fell. Next time I got there I passed. And come on, you guys gotta love the idea of the Jumping Body Prop! EDIT: Beat all the stage 3 obstacles, the stupid glitchy game made me walk past the button into the water!! Besides that Stage 3 HAS a button!

Chackpop's Review of G4's Sasuke Game
Stage One:
Hurdle Jump- You don't have do jump over the hurdles. Very Easy Butterfly Wall- Its like the real obstacle in a way. Rolling Log- Very difficult, not at all like the real version. Bridge of Blades- Not at all like the fast pace obstacle it really is. Jump Hang- Decent, but you can climb up and down the rope very fast. Log Slope- About the same as the real obstacle. Circle Slider- Doesn't have a spring board. Easy. Warped Wall- Very Easy. They messed up this obstacle. Rope Climb- Takes a long time unless you are a fast clicker. Time Limit- Leniant, I could get about 40 seconds left on a good attempt.

About the Hurdle Jump. You can walk into the water for a second and still jump and land and pass the obstacle and go on clearing the stage. No wonder Kevin didn't know the rules in 21!!
EDIT: Final Stage sucks. Takes too much tmie for the bar to fall and you randomly fall off when you have select held down.

It's insanely easy when it works right. But it's the most glitched obstacle in stage 1 making it hardest in the stage. And when I saw the achievement for Kanzen Seiha. That confirmed by theory these guys who programed it don't know what they're talking about They probably don't even know how to properly use the name Akiyama Kazuhiko. Besides that considering the course is a mix of 15 and 17 wouldn't that be "Nagano Warrior" if they wanted to use names wrong like that?

When I play G4's Sasuke game, the rolling log stops rolling and that's why I said it was hard.

Chackpop's Review of G4's Sasuke Game
Stage Two:
Chain Reaction: Very Easy after you beat it once. But the chains are in a straight line, unlie sasuke Spider Walk: Nothing Hard About It Balance Tank: Nothing at all like real version, very easy Metal Spin: No whiplash. Not very diffficult Wall Lift: Time Consuming, takes a lot of time to complete Time Limit: In a way Leniant, but if you make it to the wall lift with 30 seconds, you probably won't make it
Stage Three:
Arm Rings: Pointless Clicking Body Prop: Pointless Clicking Curtain Cling: Pointless Clicking Cliff Hanger: Pointless Clicking Jumping Bars: Slight Challenge, easy after the first tries Climbing Bars: Pointless Clicking Devils Swing: Slight Challenge, only a very bad jump will make you fail Pipe Slider: A few swings and you're at the end. Jump not difficult. You need bad timing to fail it. Overall: A stamina bar should be added. Its mostly clicking, which isn't challenging
Stage Four:
Spider Climb: Pointless Clicking Final Climb: Pointless Clicking Time: It's mostly luck. The area where you click must be high up at the beginning or get there soon, if it doesn't you'll probably time out.
Overall: It's Bad

This is a better game final stage than G4s It is indeed. And damn hard on a keyboard! Too bad the third stage is glitched to hell on the rom.
