Hey y'all, merry Christmas! One of my gifts was the Ninjaline pro (40ft/12m). I was wondering if any of y'all have it too and have any pointers before I start training. Thanks!

I got one this year - it gets easier (though still frustrating, at times!).
It’s the one type of “obstacle” I’ve had this year, so I’ve done some things to change it at times and make it harder/different.
You can go back-and-forty twice, just cross by hanging from the line itself (which you can cross by hanging in different ways and directions). Take some of the hanging things off so you have to generate loads of swing to get through, wear a backpack to make it through (probably good to only go from one side to the other here!). Instead of actually crossing, you can just hang from two of the objects and go for a certain number of rotations. Basically hanging from two, moving one hand to the other, trying to spin around, and then attempting to grab the second object again. Go for something like 20 full rotations - it gets exhausting. Try crossing it using the top position of a muscle-up and essentially holding yourself up with your hands, instead of hanging with them (the second half gets tougher as it’s going up after you reach the middle that takes a bit more strength.). I haven’t quite (or at all!) mastered either of these, but you could try laches from item to item or perhaps taking everything off, except for two hanging things at the start and swinging across the whole line by “hooking” and “unhooking”. Don’t kill me if you try this: you could also try to use it as a slackline and test your balance. Definitely would recommend taking the hanging obstacles off and probably not doing it if it’s higher-up then you are!
I have an actual slackline next to it (splitting-off from it at the beginning) so you can imagine the challenges you can do by jumping onto the slackline from the ninjaline or vice-versa!

I'm about to set it all up today. This is very helpful!

Hope it’s going well, though! It does take some serious work to get past the middle, so don’t worry if you’re stuck on that for a while.
